Gonna vote for Brainrotted man, since he seems to have LS advantage (<50 kg is more than literally few grams or 20 kg at best), also him being mindless kinda helps him in a weird way - it's way harder to predict the actions of something that lacks any form of self-preservation and acting chaotically (while running at your opponent is predictable and manageable - it's quite hard to predict what a mindless creature would even do), plus he most likely have some stamina advantage here, despite his durability disadvantage (I mean, tanking recoil of the gun is kinda more impressive than being a victim of literal worm)

If they were in their physical peak condition, I'd say Mr Burns can overpower the ultra downplayed composite human easily.
If not, I'd say the ultra downplayed composite human might win.
I'll probably assume they're fighting in peak condition (in their best physical health and mental health) and vote for Mr Burns winning/ultra downplayed composite human losing.
But if that is not the case then my vote would be ultra downplayed composite human winning/Mr Burns losing.
