Top 15 Strongest Characters for Every Tier

IIRC soul hax, mind hax, and reality warping are still smurf haxxes that potency applies to even below 1-A

Star Rail is already in 3-B anyway. They are #4. Everyone else above them are 1-A smurfs
 
Wait, if Caliborn is now a High 1-A Smurf (and IIRC he's 1-3 layers into High 1-A but I might be misremembering), shouldn't he be above Gao Chuan in the 2-A list?

Doesn't Gao Chuan have NEP that would make him immune to his passives? At best they'd probably be equal for now as Caliborn's stuff protects him as well (also Caliborn's stuff is 2 layers into High 1-A, not 3)

Well, potency still applies if you can concentrate the hax in the same vein as being able to concentrate mind/soul hax onto a single target

See the above, and to be deadass, for the former two it wouldn't be affecting a person with HDE (as that's still 1 mind/soul), it would be affecting a higher d space and everyone in it, and that count is non-finite, otherwise no it could just be beatout by "3D" hax potency, and for the latter, concentration rules apply
 
The Mario characters need to be taken off 6-C as the verse was generally upgraded to High 6-A a couple months ago.
 
Now that I look back into WoD's Cosmology... I am suddenly realizing that through the Spires. The top half of the Cosmology will be buffed to be unfathomably and infinitely higher, through infinite "Supra"/"Apeiro"... "Infinite-Meta Infinite-Meta" Hierarchies higher...

At this point, High 1-A Meta-Hierarchies NEED to have Official Prefixes

Finally got around to applying everything (Well, nearly everything), so it's time.
  • Gao Chaun can take #1 in 10-A (His Avatars have [Eternity] meaning, which grants stuff like Acausality Type 5, Invulnerability, etc. There's no undoing it, countering it, or negating it unless you're ridiculously high into High 1-A, but I'm fairly sure nothing is higher into High 1-A than Yin Tian Shen Yin atm. As for actually winning, the Avatar is basically guaranteed to learn [Infinity] and once they do, they'll become High 1-A and can dream Mage (WoD) out of existence.)
  • Evil God of Wither can take #1 in High 6-B (Weak as hell, but has an OP Ability that carries it. Basically, everything around it is constantly reverted to its weakest state... including itself, which is why it's so weak. It's not time-based; it's just pure reduction on a High 1-A level. The only way to really beat it is to be able to fight head-to-head while at your lowest possible state.)
  • The Black Fog can take #1 in 5-A (It's really, really hard to kill. It is constantly adapting and developing new defenses, and it's to the point that multiple High 1-A Smurfs & Beings working together can only seal it, at most. Also, it will eat everything used against it, nullify it, or cause it to never reach them in the first place, and then use that to make more of itself. The only real issues it would have are if Nyarlathotep's avatars are too big, or have Regen)
  • Joshua van Radcliffe can take #1 in 3-C & 3-B (There's not much I can say except there's no fighting him. Quite literally, even if you use Probability Manipulation on him or force him to mess up to a High 1-A degree, he will still perform perfectly and win anyway. The only way you're beating him is if you have more willpower and use his own ability against him, but I really doubt anyone can do that. Also, he has High 1-A Hax he can whip out practically anytime he likes.)
  • Ultimate Sublimator can take #1 in High 3-A & Low 2-C (They have access to the Element of [Absolute], which basically makes them God over themselves. They can just say "No" to everything that you use against them because they are narcassist, and then pull you into their body (Which is a Universe), revealing that you were actually never special, you were just a dude playing a VR Game, and now you have to go work a 9/5. They might also decide your world's art style sucks, and change the genre of your existence.)
  • Characters from Yin Tian Shen Yin can take #1 in 2-C (Characters at this level basically have every Hax you can think of, and then some. High-Godly over practically everything, multiple times over. Create absolute defenses, you can't get through no matter what, reverse attacks because they feel like it, and basically act like children in a playground. And if they don't have an ability that can beat you, they can ask the universe to give them one. Also, they are all High 1-A smurfs)
  • Characters from Yin Tian Shen Yin can take #1 in 2-B (There's a lot to choose from, but Joshua is one, and you already know his deal from above. Another is the Evil God of Death, who will passively kill you in six ways that end in EE, and you will not survive without some serious High-Godly Regen)
  • Gao Chaun can take #1 in 1-C (Shallow's Epilogue is just directly countered by [Eternity], which can either survive or ignore anything she can do. From there on, it's just a straight fight, and I'm fairly sure Gao Chuan can both bypass her resistances and resist every ability on her profile.)
  • Gao Chaun can take #1 in Low 1-A (Twin's Peak got nuked, so he takes it by default)
  • Characters from Yin Tian Shen Yin can take #1 in 1-A (Too many characters to list, but atm WoD just gets outsmurfed and out haxed)
  • Characters from Yin Tian Shen Yin can take #1 in High 1-A (Repeat of what's going to happen in 1-A)

How long do the avatars take to learn Infinity? cuz if its years it would probably be counted as inconclusive
 
Characters from Yītiān can take #1 in (High) 1-A. FOR NOW.

But be prepared when the WoD cosmology buff comes along.
 
Su Zhou's Profile is finally up, so there are a few tiers he can check in.
  • Su Zhou can take #1 in High 8-C (Su Zhou can affect anything he can see, so he can bypass most of Arkhan's States of Existence; he can also negate all of his Immortalities, including being Undead. He can come back to life a few times if need be, so the passive curses won't be an issue. Anything he doesn't resist, he can just turn back on Arkhan, since his Spiritual Energy passively protects him and overpowers weaker abilities. And since his future self has [Eternity], he's guaranteed to become High 1-A, eventually)
  • Su Zhou can take #1 in Low 7-B (Lu Zhiyu simply gets out smurfed, and his True Self can't really do anything about it other than keeping him alive for a bit)
  • Su Zhou can take #1 in 7-B (Es, from what I can see, simply can't kill Su Zhou or even harm him with his Invulnerability, while he can negate hers and most of her Immortalities. On the other hand, Su Zhou has countless ways to deal with her. This is pretty literal since his Reactive Evolution can just give him new abilities that work, where previous ones have failed)
  • Su Zhou can take #1 in 6-C (Su Zhou essentially has a Supernatural Black Hole that can protect him from any and all attacks, so attacking him is pointless. As long as MetalPhantomon's and Eaters are visible, he can interact with them, so he'll just kill the Eaters and MetalPhantomon. Only real issue I can see in the Type 5 Immortality, but Su Zhou has other methods like Sealing & BFR)
  • Su Zhou can take #1 in Low 6-B (Rick has literally no resistances, so he gets passived by so much Fear, Madness, Power Modification, etc, and any Fate or Plot Hax protecting him gets insta-countered by [Miracle])
  • Su Zhou can take #1 in High 5-A (Everything Xu Ying tries to use against Su Zhou gets Void Manipulated hard. The only issue may be the Type 9, but Su Zhou has abilities that are capable of tracing the origin of derivatives through spiritual connections, and if that's not enough, his Heavenly God's Scale allows him to trace an entity's aura back to their world of origin, so he'll just kill him wherever his True Form is hiding)
  • Su Zhou can take #1 in 4-C (At this point, Su Zhou really just can't be harmed or killed by anything that's not a High 1-A Smurf. Just changes the Code of Captains' abilities and they become useless, then does it again and they die though High 1-A Info Hax)
Btw, Joshua lost his High 3-A Key, so he should be removed from there.
