It doens't seem like a dome to me tbh but more so an entire simulation. The dragons recreated false skies in their realms (volcano) and they appear more simulation-ish than dome-ish. And it doesn't protect the entire planet since Khaenri'ah wasn't protected by it.By the way, we don't actually have definitive knowledge about the false sky. What exactly is it? Is it just a dome depicting the sky, or is it called false because it's not a real object in the universe?
Narwhal said the Border was created by a higher power unless the CN states something else.Alice, Surtalogi, and Skirk call it the boundary of the worlds. The description of the Narwhal also mentions that the false sky represents a higher power.
And so far two characters have been able to destroy the false sky.
1. Mavuika with Ronova amp
2. Surtalogi.
The Loop Theory seems to be obscuredly been referenced lately. So if this also gets confirmed, teyvat will be something huge.So I think the false sky isn't that simple. It's not just a dome depicting the sky, it might be something more complex.
Achievement: Time Apart:
After ten thousand winters come ten thousand springs anew. After ten thousand partings, ten thousand reunions, too. The past has slipped away. Yet tomorrow holds the promise of you. With the fact Venti has met us before and that the traveler holds the capacity to restore Teyvat once it get destroyed.
And the fact the Universe can't enter teyvat, so certain entities from the cosmos aren't even powerful enough to break the False sky.and it makes sense to me why surtalogy can undo the curse of immortality and open the borders of the world, because a higher power can only be fought with a power on the same level as it
