Because my answer depends on what the question asks specifically
if by power, Imma be real, I dont see it. Power wise I dont think there is gonna be characters that scale to that special grade level (at the very least not instant) and maybe something may happen like them relying on an alien or never being alone in a fight like Gojo for ex
if by classification, hell yeah. Keep in mind that I would guess that the special grade level may be lowered a bit since from what I'm seeing, we don't have a Gojo or a Sukuna around to make the playing field that crazy so its easier to say that more characters will be registered as special grade sorcerers or curses

For one to be special grade you need have strenght enough to put down an entire nation (Prolly Japan itself as reference). If Gojo or Sukuna are around, does not matter. If anything the requirment to be a special grade would be harder in current days, since in 2086 the millitary must be way stronger than in 2018, that's why I'm curious
