Straightforward Layered Rose Revision (PvZ)

Basically:

• It's accepted that both plants and zombies can resist Midas Tough's touch, which turns anyone into a goldfish.
• Despite that, Rose can still turn zombies and plants into goats, it being one of her main gimmicks throughout the series, giving her one layer.
• In a prequel comic taking place before Garden Warfare 2, Super Brainz is too powerful for Rose's transmutation.
• In Garden Warfare 2 and Battle for Neighborville, Rose is now capable of turning Super Brainz into a goat, and was confident in doing it in Heroes despite knowing their past battles.

The result of this is:

• Rose (Pre-GW1) gets 1 Layer of transmutation.
• Super Brainz gets layered resistance to transmutation.
• Rose (PvZH/GW2) gets an additional layer of transmutation.
• Super Brainz should also get attack reflection via his mirror as shown in the past scans.

EDIT: I forgot to include that Z-Mech/Z7-Mech, all the zombie side bosses and even Rose herself are also listed to be able to resist her Goatify in GW2/PvZH, so they should have 2 Layered resistance.

Honestly I'd rather ignore the Midas Tough description entirely, since it's not just plants and zombies. Doesn't nothing it touches actually turn to goldfish?
It's clearly just a joke with no supporting evidence, unless I'm forgetting something.
