Was gonna say you shouldn't just assume equal sides, but counting the windows it's 12 on front and the side is 11 shown but it's cut off slightly so it's 100% 12 too so that's fine as a shortcut.

The method is also completely ****** tho, area of cut? Yeah sure, it is that long, and it extends that far, but it completely ignores width.
Why is the work 26m? That's just the length of the cut, not the actual work involved. Why square? That SPECIFIC panel has him cutting along the windows, so there's a bunch of empty space.
Idk the more I look at it, the more ****** it gets. But I actually like the idea, if done right it could work, does anyone have a scan of him cutting a building not along the windows, it could and probably is above the plane feat.

uhh, idk Hellsing from my knowledge dont really have good LS, besides alucard who has great Telekinesis LS
Most of the verse just scales to Superhuman due to Incomplete Vampire Seras being able to carry the Harkonnen II
