Makima vs Tatsumaki

Via SBA we are using mid-high for her damage transferal, her being able to tuff it out for a moment is good, but key word, a moment.
 
Yeah, going with Tatsumaki on this one. She can very well survive one of Makima's stares while the same can't be said for Makima getting eradicated. While she could 'survive' for a moment, she typically doesn't do much of anything while regenerating and even if she did she's not really in a state to do anything as a literal pile of blood.
 
I mean, Makima has a ton of thought-based TPs and if she gets the stare off, Tatsumaki will eventually die, way before she'd get the chance to kill Makima over a million times, so ehhh.

She doesn't need to kill Makima that many times, Tatsumaki's attacks are already at a point where Makima can't regen from. Tatsumaki will eventually die if Makima stares hard enough, Makima just straight up dies if Tatsumaki stares

The OPM profiles in general are pretty outdated, I'm not familiar with what the verse currently allows for anime content (since they do just change things) however this specifically comes from Season 1's OVAs which did have their plots drafted by one. Which gives it pretty good grounds for usability (I don't recall if it was ever in the manga, Saitama's origin was also an OVA lol)

Edit: These OVAs also take place at specific points in the story, which gives them additional credit as they aren't just random things in unspecified times. This specifically was during the Deep Sea King fight

Yeah, like I said they do just outright change stuff. However in this case there's literally nothing to change as it's an original draft from ONE so it runs on different rules.

If I had to wager, it's likely similar to One Piece Strong World. Where while for the most part content like it is ignored, this falls under specific exceptions due to cleanly fitting in the story with the plot written by the author himself.
