Is there any evidence that Luna has ever moved outside of the timeline with her speed? Something that could allow her to escape sub-relativistic levels and reach immeasurable speed?

There will be one eventually, but there are other profiles that take way higher priority than them. Since they aren't actually fighting any majorly impressive characters

No, there are no feats to buff her speed currently.

The feat is far too vague to give a speed rating, not to mention travelling to the past itself isn't enough to qualify for immeasurable speed as you'd need to be capable of travelling both forward and backward in time with speed alone. So at most, that would be anywhere from FTL (depending on how much speed you need to time travel in a given verse) to Infinite speed at absolute max.
Currently the only legitimate way to get her to immeasurable speed is if we cross scale her to Vonnegut, Cradle & Pyroath which does have some legitimate cross scaling. I just haven't been focusing on her profile lately.

it needs support and solid evidence... what a shame, I was hoping that if she had traveled to the past using only her own speed (which she didn't), she could have been granted immeasurable speed.

Yeah, though like I said the cross scaling is an actual legitimate way to get her there. Since neither Vonnegut nor Pyroath actually get any stronger while within the Tower itself, they don't ever receive any amps. Cradle does, but that's not important.
If I'm not mistaken, I also believe that characters who reach 1B are given immeasurable speed by default but I am not entirely certain on that.

Staff tend to take a long time to reply to less popular verse's, it was the same when the tier 1 CRT was originally created earlier this year. Took us about 3 months to get a reply, and that was after I personally went and asked Ant.

Yes, the verse is pretty large so I have primarily been focusing on the contentious hax and heavy hitters of the series. However, the 1B upgrade will be the last major tiering upgrade of the verse for probably a very long time. After it is done, I am prioritizing characters who scale to it or offer major high level hax such as Nanami & Chaos.
Once those pages are finished, the future CRT's will primarily feature mid tier characters wherein we'd get profiles like Alpha, Lamia, Vera, Liv, Bianca, etc. This will also be around the time I decide to choose where to slot in the collab profiles for Vergil & Dante.

I don't think Dante and Vergil had any particularly special or even high status in PGR, Spending time on their page is a waste of time, even with the side story that's supposed to be dedicated to them, I'm still not hopeful that they can be given a high tier.

Well it depends on how strong the demon who fused with the PV is, there's a chance they scale to high tiers at least.
No, they are all L6B. I think the highest we can get them is maybe 6A through a potential calc that I have yet to get to working on.

Most the cast is L6B, there is currently no higher tier other than 2A. L1C and 1C will be changed to 1B if the CRT I made is accepted. Otherwise, it will remain the cap of the verse. We do not have a small gap between high tiers and god tiers, the gap is massive, only time the gap is small is from low tiers to high tiers. With the main difference between the 2 tiers primarily being P&A's.

Yes, but that will require a lot of insight on the stellar sea which we currently do not know anything about. If the stellar sea qualifies for any 1A tier I will of course, make a CRT on it. But I would not get my hopes up on that happening anytime soon, it took us 5 years to even learn that the stellar sea existed, and Ishmael has been apart of the story since 2 years into the games lifespan. So, from when we first saw her in ch 16, it has been 3 years since we learned what we have now which is not much.

Can't Ishmael reach Tier 1-A through R>F with some solid justification and support?
Because there are characters who managed to reach Tier 1-A through things like seeing parts of the story in dreams, hallucinations, or by perceiving parts of the world through books and stories.
Also, I should mention that they might be very strict about this issue.

This is a conversation where what's right or wrong isn't really clear.
I used to think that R>F qualifies for Tier 1-A, but it might be a bit more difficult.
- Everything you and humankind feel, know, and come in contact with on Earth exists three-dimensionally.
- To lives of higher dimensions, time becomes another form-more like a physical object
- "Your past, present and future are but different pages on a book."
All of this evidence points to a form of R>F, but if I were to confidently say whether it truly qualifies for Tier 1-A or not... I honestly don't know.

The profiles for Low 1-C and 1-C have been accepted and are official.

Ascnet's power is still very vague, it doesn't give an exact tier of strength to it's characters. However, that would at least give 4D hax potency.

It's the realm where the Watcher's/Observer's true form exists in, and where the other Observer's who are stronger than Ishmael exist. It exists above all current existing extensions of space within the verse at this time, and it sees Gate and everything as insignificant.

Yes, they are very strict about that. As an example, Ishmael already sees the verse as a "story" and even has a book with the verse's entire history and possibilities. However, other characters in other verse's have similar powers or statements and are not 1A. So I would not rely on using this angle to achieve that tier for us currently.

Whichever has the superior interpretation, typically the Chinese scans in PGR tend to be much better than the English versions for scaling. However, most the time the meaning of translations are generally one and the same, the only difference tends to be the slight expression of words.

There is a difference between R>F and higher dimensions viewing lower dimensions as insignificant, while I believe that generally speaking it is the same thing. VSB treats it as 2 separate things, even though both require you to view a lower dimension as non important or in other words fictional.

Tyt, there are no scans in specific that I require. Or rather, I don't remember too many scans in specific because I've been playing PGR since day 1 and back then, was not into VSB stuff. So, if you could just make a screenshot folder of whatever scans happen to catch your eye that would be good enough, thank you.
