Chapters 3 & 4 Equipment
This is simple, I want to add all the new items from the new chapters to Kris, Susie and Ralsei. Everything is in the sandbox

[-New-Equipment-] <-Sandbox (Ignore Noelle)

Misc
Kris Ch3 | Ralsei Ch3: minor Statistics Amplification (With the Blue Ribbon. Can increase the effectiveness of healing by +12.5%)
Kris Chapter 4: Weapon Duplication (Can duplicate their sword and use it as a shield while holding the main sword although the latter becomes shorter)
Kris Chapter 4: Limited Creation (Can "look at the sky and take from it" Sunglasses, a Telescope, an Umbrella, and a Warm Hat to block bullets)
Ralsei Chapter 4: Light Manipulation (With LightUp (SOUL) and Brighten. Ralsei can increase the radius of the light emitted by Kris's SOUL. With ReviveKris. A yellow light appears above Kris)
Ralsei Chapter 2: Improved Sleep Manipulation (Can put to sleep multiple opponents at the same time with Pacify, which even works on machines now)
Susie Light World: Bodily Weaponry (Has sharp teeth)
Kris | Ralsei | Susie Chapter 3: Summoning (With the Inventory. Can summon Darkners like Spamton and Jevil through the items Dealmaker/Puppet Scarf and Jevilstail/Devilsknife)
GIGA Queen: Limited Telekinesis (Can manifest and control massive baseballs and also make large rocks float around her with her presence)
Spamton: Small Size (Type 2; Spamton can enter Kris's pocket/inventory)
Jevil: Small Size (Type 2; Jevil can enter Kris's pocket/inventory)
Kris | Ralsei | Susie Chapter 3: Limited Resistance to: Darkness Manipulation (With the Shadow Mantle. Can make shadows slip off like water)

I'm going to remove the Dimensional Travel ability from Lancer, Rouxls Kaard, and Starwalker profiles since entering Kris's inventory shouldn't count as that

-Lancer-
Possibly Electricity Manipulation (Can make lightning appear from the sky)
Healing & Limited Creation (With the Lancer Cookie. Can create one at a time and needs to "regenerate" himself to create another one)
Elasticity (Can become flat enough to fit through the middle of a double door)
Duplication (Can duplicate himself seemingly unlimitedly)
Teleportation (Teleportation of Objects; Can teleport objects like the Lancer Controllers back to where they originally were)
Social Influencing (With the LANCER Card. Can recruit enemies to his side and the effectiveness increases the more LANCERs are used)

Standard Equipment: His bike and the LANCER Card.
  • Lancer Cookie: A cookie shaped like Lancer's face. It heals 1 HP in the overworld and 50 HP in battle. Unlimited although he can only have one at a time.
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
-Rouxls Kaard-
Law Manipulation (With the Rules Cards, Can change the rules of a battle such as forcing his enemies to only ACT and not attack)

Standard Equipment: The Control Crown he uses to control K. Round, a sword, a laser pointer and the Rules Cards.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
--Regeneration--
Adding more information to the regeneration ability + Change Ralsei's regeneration

Kris Ch1: Limited Regeneration (Mid-Low; When their HP is equal to or less than zero, they faint entering the Down state and will begin to heal little by little until they get back up. Should be comparable to Susie and Ralsei when the regeneration of the two was negated when they were Swooned with -999 HP, and after a short period of time they can get back up again with 1 HP)

Susie Ch1: Limited Regeneration (Mid-Low; When her HP is equal to or less than zero, she faints entering the Down state and will begin to heal little by little until she gets back up. Even when her regeneration was negated when she was Swooned with -999 HP, after a short period of time she can get back up again with 1 HP like Kris)

Noelle Dark World: Limited Regeneration (Mid-Low; When her HP is equal to or less than zero, she faints entering the Down state and will begin to heal little by little until she gets back up. At most should be comparable to Susie and Ralsei when the regeneration of the two was negated when they were Swooned with -999 HP, and after a short period of time they can get back up again with 1 HP like Kris)

Ralsei Chapter 1: Limited Regeneration (Low-High; When his HP is equal to or less than zero, his body disintegrates leaving just a "pile of fluff" entering the Down state and will begin to heal little by little until he has physical form again. Even when his regeneration was negated when he was Swooned with -999 HP, after a short period of time he can regain his physical form again with 1 HP like Kris)

Delta Warriors: Limited Regeneration (Mid-Low to Kris and Susie & Low-High to Ralsei; When the HP of one of the members is equal to or less than zero, the member faints entering the Down state and will begin to heal little by little until they get back up. Even when their regeneration was negated when they were Swooned with -999 HP, after a short period of time they can get back up again with 1 HP)

--Darkner Immortality--
As you know the Darkners are representations of objects, digital programs and even television channels such as Lanino and Elnina, none of them can age until they become old technically although their child-like or adult-like appearances may be due to how long they have existed as objects
Then I simply propose to add type 1 immortality to every Darkner

General:
Immortality (Type 1; As a Darkner who represents some kind of object in the Light World, they/he/she cannot die from age)
Civilization profile:
Immortality (Type 1; Darkners represent objects, digital programs and TV channels in the Light World, which cannot die from age)

I have found no issue(s) with this & am thus unopposed, & in support of this, for what that's worth.

Blue Ribbon might qualify for Statistics Manipulation in addition to or instead of Healing, since it doesn't provide healing on its own, but rather, increases the amount things heal by.

Okay
Updated

the battle text says that when ralsei is downed he becomes a "pile of fluff", and considering fluff guard summons fur balls around, that probably means he is reduced to his fur, so i think it would probably be like low-high

I think I agree

I will note though that despite being objects and stuff, darkners do appear to have ages (Lancer is a child, King is an adult, Seam is old)

Almost all of this looks good. I definitely have at least one objection, though:

Spamton/Jevil entering Kris's inventory probably isn't Dimensional Travel so much as an application of Kris's already existing Dimensional Storage.

I added it because Lancer and Rouxls Kaard have that ability for the same reason in their profiles
So do you think I should remove Dimensional Travel from those profiles?

Presumably, this is just in need of some staff input, right?

Do we have any Staff who are knowledgeable, or at least interested in Deltarune to contact at this time about this?

I am hesitant about giving darkeners a general immortality rating, since in Chapter 3's secret egg location it does showcase that they are capable of 'fading' with there being some implications of one of Rudinn in Castle Town having it happen to them with their colors changing. Objects are effected by time in different ways than biological things (for example, a card being out in the sun will eventually lose color and then become blank after enough time). Deltarune seems to be going somewhere with these implications, so I think it'd be better to wait before we throw eternal life towards the darkners before we get a full picture on them

We do not know what that refers to, everything seems to indicate more than this has to do with Goners

I mean, although something like this happens to an object has nothing to do with age itself
In addition, Darkners can be computer programs, television channels and concepts, which cannot age

We will see if more than this is explained in the future, for now I think it's fine

While that could be the case, it's still a possible sign of aging

Computer programs are capable of aging, again not in a typical biological sense however over time software aging causes problems for any system that is running continuously. TV Channels and concepts are better arguments, since arguing those aging are far more vague and unfounded, but a general standard for Darkners being immortal is largely unfounded given evidence of ages existing and the fact that they do change over time (As mentioned before, Rudinn change colors once they reach a higher level/fade in color based on currently unknown factors, likely time related)

I just feel like it's adding an ability based on assumptions which are currently unfounded. Every Darkner is different and claiming every single object has an infinite lifespan is illogical, hell age manipulation literally applies to objects because time effects all. Even the TV Darkners haven't existed that long since they are based on 1980s style TVs (if I recall) making them only in their 40s or so.

I feel that you are misunderstanding the meaning of Castle Town's Rudinn losing its colors
For now I prefer to wait to see what other people think about this
I am neutral more or less on this subject
A staff already said that this CRT looked good so I will wait for another staff
