There's at least a dozen infinite/endless universe statements for DC:Isn't there an endless vastness of space statement for the Golden Age/Pre-Crisis Era?
Just make separate size statements for Post-Crisis, New 52 and Rebirth. Not sure why we keep discussing it over and over again.

I was answering Klol's question. We have gone over this before. Yes, writers have alleged that it's infinite, but the Source Wall's overarching existence shows that it's demonstrably finite.
The Source Wall in ofitself is also Infinite so how does this prove anything? What better to contain Infinity than Infinity? We have gone over this before. Yes, writers have alleged that it's infinite, but the Source Wall's overarching existence shows that it's demonstrably finite.
This literal thread puts a limit and size to the Universe, lmao. The Source Wall in ofitself is also Infinite so how does this prove anything? What better to contain Infinity than Infinity?
Yeah I don't care about that, I responded to the other guy for a reasonThis literal thread puts a limit and size to the Universe, lmao.
It's just so big it appears endless, that's it.
I share the sentiment. If there's no evidence the Pre-Reboot Universes are equivalent in size I'm fine with only applying this to the Post-Rebirth continuity.
Agreed. If there's no evidence the Pre-Reboot Universes are equivalent in size I'm fine with only applying this to the Post-Rebirth continuity.
This proves that a universe has boundaries and has therefore a finite size. There are many stories of characters traveling across the universe or reaching its limits, indicating that it is not truly infinite, but just very large. The Source Wall in ofitself is also Infinite so how does this prove anything? What better to contain Infinity than Infinity?
I mean, technically there can still be an infinite distance between both ends of the Source Wall (ex: how many decimal numbers are between "1" and "2"). Does the Source Wall still cover the edge of universe? I thought the 52 Monitors made it that way, who were erased at the end of Final Crisis? This proves that a universe has boundaries and has therefore a finite size.
It can have "bounds" and still be infinite, the source Wall could just be a greater Infinity, and once again, Infinity holds in Infinity. I'm aware there are stories of said characters travelling to the end of the universe and Yada Yada because some authors say it's infinite and others don't, so yeah its finite, whatever. I'm saying using the source wall as proof of this is faulty because the Source Wall in of itself is infiniteThis proves that a universe has boundaries and has therefore a finite size. There are many stories of characters traveling across the universe or reaching its limits, indicating that it is not truly infinite, but just very large.
93 billion light years?Okay so Post-Crisis is 100 tly, Rebirth is a couple yottaparsecs. How big would Golden Age/Pre-Crisis be in that case, if not infinite?
Wouldn't Post Criss dépend in the moment it happened? I'm pretty sure it went through some crisis that changed the physicals of the universe, especially with Prime.Okay so Post-Crisis is 100 tly, Rebirth is a couple yottaparsecs. How big would Golden Age/Pre-Crisis be in that case, if not infinite?
