TBF, I'm pretty sure Anti-Matter can be calced, like one gram of Anti-Matter is comparable to a nuclear bomb, and this is a whole river of it.

I mean I'm open to being wrong on this, but I can't imagine a character literally swimming in a river of anti-matter is something that's come up either often or ever. It's a kind of weird and specific feat, so I'm willing to bet it would require it's own ruling.

I did. I mean, it's Lex Luthor, I was expecting him to kill a random innocent at some point. What I didn't expect was how quick it was, I thought it would be longer to drag the suspense out like in other movies, not done on the second shot. Liked it honestly, the shock value was intense

You didn't expect the guy who gave a bunch of people superpowers, specifically the power to fly, and turned them off while they were mid-air, causing them all to fall to their deaths, to kill civilians?
People genuinely underestimate the evilness of lex, probably cuz of all the goofy inventions and stuff like that.
I didn't see the movie yet, but saw that scene, was genuinely shocking indeed probably cause of the more light tone of this movie, which is why it worked so well

Oh yeah, don't get me wrong, I liked it. It made Lex come across more unhinged and menacing. It was just like, "Damn, that's brutal."

Obviously I know of him in at least a vague sense. But I'm not really a comic guy, and so the only version of Lex that I'm really (read: unfortunately) familiar with is the Snyder version.
I only just now started calling myself a Superman fan.

When Lex is done right, I'd personally argue him to be the best villain in DC.

I'm more than aware of that, but it's been in the air a lot more lately for the newer generation since Oct. 7 which was shortly before filming began (and this movie is definitely appealing to younger gens). I'm just saying that the rumor was likely because the movie was announced in 2022 and pre-production began a year after Russia invaded Ukraine so it was likely written when that was its height in the news and then possibly modified to incorporate elements of Israel's wrongdoings

Definitely glad Lex wasn’t killed at the end of the film as many MCU movies do in throwing the villain away at the last act, but I enjoy a less irredeemably evil Luthor I suppose. Having a friend in Lex underneath his hatred which Superman can ever-so-slightly reach is the dynamic I personally like. Although with Gunn being a Smallville fan there’s maybe still hope there.

While everybody talked about Krypto having more stuff in a tie-in comic earlier (he should also have Enhanced Senses with regular dog stuff and detecting whistling from miles away), the beginning has Supes and him intercepting space debris in Earth's upper atmosphere (some of which are almost 50 tons and can turn into "shooting stars" by friction) as a routine task before flying back there.
Additional Space Survival/Self-Sustenance scan and potential speed support, at the very least. (Hypno-Glasses deserve a mention in the profile)

Because that's literally illegal, he's likely under a fuckton of contracts and if he says he'd get sued out the ass.
But ignoring that. Because there probably isn't a "Superman 2".
At least anytime soon, the next slew of movies will be other characters, or tie ins. Think like how in the MCU Hulk had one movie, and then was in like every other movie. A bunch focused on him, he was super important, had plotlines, etc, but there isn't a real "Hulk 2".
Or like, maybe Supergirl could be considered "Superman 2"? Or maybe we'll get like as said above, World's Finest with Supes and Batman, or etc.
He can't answer, but even if he could, defining "Superman 2" is a legit question.

Funny thing. Hulk probably won't ever get a solo movie because his character is still partially owned by Universal.
The actor mentioned that Universal doesn't really play well with Disney and so he doesn't think it'll ever happen. They basically just won't even use their distribution rights nor will they sell it to Disney either. So Disney kinda just has to bare with what they can and try doing Hulk's story through other people's movies.
Heard rumors he'll be a big part of the next spider man, for example.

Blue beetle is light canon and every bit of the movie isn't going to be 1:1 canon with every individual detail being canon in the DCU but rather the overall plot being canon and the DCU Blue Beetle animated series picking up where the movie left off

Thats why the Green Lantern scaling is kinda meh because like unless we get confirmation that specifc bit when the Lantern hits the scarab is still canon then its kinda iffy to assume that's a valid avenue for scaling when its just the overall plot that's canon and the GL bumping the scarab isn't plot essential
