• Electricity: Bowser's main form of attack, Bowser will summon a mass amount of Electricity on multiple floor on attempt to cover as much ground as possible to harm foes.
• Jumping: Bowser will Jump from Floor to Floor, stomping on anything in his way.

It sounds like this outranges Skinner.
While this is Speed Equalized, & Skinner does have Acrobatics, it's unjustified, in that it lacks a justification. Not to mention his Stamina is Unknown & unjustified, & he's a 46 year old grade school principal. Even if he has good Acrobatics, I doubt he can keep it up very long.

Bowser also has Acrobatics, though slightly less unjustified.
& with his Peak Human Stamina, he probably is a match or better for Skinner in Stamina.

Well, Bowser still seems to outrange, which he can spam, we actually know what his Acrobatics are, & he likely has better Stamina.
So I'll tentatively vote Bowser.

Maybe, though just because he regularly has beef with Bart doesn't mean he's done Acrobatic things.

Needs justifications & feats on his profile. As is, I'm skeptic about it being used in a Versus Thread, because you can't use info that's not on the profile.

Btw, I'm gonna vote Bowser. Yeah, Skinner is agile and have better skill in combat, but he gets outranged and after he reaches Bowser - he gets finished off by his punches, since he already got damaged enough. Also why Skinner doesn't have shrimps as his optional equipment?

A CRT should be made to implement this. While I'm confident it'd be acceptable to use, policy is it isn't usable until after being properly evaluated, just like in case feats end up having issues with calcs or scaling that may come up once given proper scrutiny in a CRT.

Sounds like it could be Optional Equipment, then; I seriously doubt Skinner has shrimp on him 24/7, especially since I'd be sure it doesn't come up in the majority of his episodes/appearances.
