Because I have proof cardinal world = planet, in fact, due to one of the oppositions mishaps, they proved the other worlds were planets as well. I was on the fence till they called one of the worlds an interstellar world, which is the correct translation.

So world can = civilization too? I mean sure, but in that context, it doesn't seem very true to it's title. That still would mean, Civilization between the stars. But wasn't it a fleet commander? that would probably indicate space travel, which would mean that civilization is far spread instead of just between the stars. I don't see how the term civilization could be accurate in context.
It was talking about worlds where people live, so unless other worlds = civilization, I don't see that being the case.

Interstellar means, in between stars. So saying "interstellar world", is the same as saying "world between stars." Which indicates the world fits in between stars. Since world in the sense of a universe wouldn't fit in between stars, we can use process of elimination to conclude it means a planet between stars. Unless you think world = civilization, which makes no sense as if there's already space travel, why would they be at a place in between stars, not in a solar system already like how all life starts?

Is the leg the whole of the chair? No, it's only a portion of it. The analogy works against your argument.
Using that means the key world isn't the whole of the universe merely a part of it. That means you agree Universe > Cardinal world.
