Top 15 Strongest Characters for Every Tier

There's a revision thread that's stuck in limbo for Tier 1-A or High 1-A+ characters.

Eru's laws cover a few other things like the invincibility of minds to pentration without consent, the inability to affect beings by changing events in time, etc for all characters.
 
For 6-C, High 7-A, and 9-B, I'm gonna nominate characters from World of Darkness, on account of pretty much all of them having 1-A smurf hax via being able to damage targets' Patterns (which include one's Platonic Form) via Aggravated Damage, of which there are many, many sources (with some sources even being as mundane as flamethrowers and incendiary ammo), and often having some means to soak (no-sell) some forms of Aggravated Damage, or even any source save for those which are completely anathema to them (such as sunlight for vamps, silver for werewolves, and cold iron for fae).

Even at 9-B, there are also some characters with Immeasurable speed, with neonate and ancilla vampires (both of whom are fairly young and weak) often having access to the Level 5 Celerity (vampire super-speed) ability Split Second, which allows them to take actions that supercede the Storyteller's narration and even retcon events in the immediate past with the classic "uhm ackchyually ☝️🤓" that all Dungeon Masters have come to know and loathe. At the High 7-A to 6-C level, there are Methuselahs (extraordinarily old vampires) that pretty much always have Split Second, and oftentimes have even more advanced Celerity abilities that allow them to blitz tf out of it.
 
They tech have High 1-A smurf hax, as aggravated damage can harm and kill any and all Umbrood, even whatever monstrosities exist within the Deep Umbra which is within the Meta-hierarchy extensions.

But honestly I feel like WoD shouldnt take any more spots other than ofc 1-A and High 1-A, cus they're already beyond broken enough.

i mean if they have reasons and feats to take the spots then they should take it, there are already 7-A characters with high 1-A hax in the top so...

doubt it. Aggraveted damage is just really hard damage not some platonic damage, vampires can not harm patterns only mages and maybe garou can. Doubt neonates and ancilla have level 5 celecrity only stuff like leaders and methulusah have it.
 
Aggravated damage does indeed damage the very Pattern and thus Platonics itself. Mages can warp and manipulate Patterns, but all races can damage them

Their only problem is if any being can soak the damage, which is nearly impossible, Even for Umbrood

Elders and Methuselahs are the ones that most commonly have it, but it's not unheard of for ancillae and even neonates to reach that level. For example, El Diablo Verde from Clanbook: Nosferatu was Embraced the very same year the book was published, yet was already rocking 5 levels in each of physical Disciplines.

IIRC, assuming you know the actual size of the country, and it was continuous destruction with no stopping whatsoever, then you can just take the destruction of that country in one hit, and then divide it by the time frame to get Joules/Second.

So, if it was, say, 2.929e+22 joules (7 teratons, lowest value required for country level), and it took 3 days (259200 seconds), then it would be: 2.929e+22 joules/259200 seconds = 1.13e+17 joules per second, which is ~27 megatons of TNT (7-B). Of course, you're gonna need the size of that country, cuz I'm not sure if we have a standard average for it in the wiki and if we use it.

Anyways, Wang Wei got a new key, making him High 3-A. So, do any of the H3A characters have passive 1-A or plot shenanigans that insta-win them? I know like, the top 3 to 5 have that, but what about below?

I think he beats everything up to the old man of wandering mountain, but im not sure if he beats him in specific, because he has passive plot manip that basically says anything he doesn't "write" doesn't happen and whatever he writes does happen, so he may very well just passive out Wang Wei

Considering both Yang Kai (Martial Peak) and characters from the Ergenverse have a similar degree above baseline, wouldn’t it make sense to either place Yang Kai alongside them, or lower the Ergenverse characters’ tier?

After all, the Ergenverse lacks demonstrated interaction with Nep2 and AC5 tiers, and Bai Xiaochun’s so-called immortality is rooted in the Dao — something Yang Kai’s CM1 can directly destroy

WOD exists beyond the expansion of Meta-Meta Quality infinite layers. He resides at the level of Supra Quality infinite layers and should be considered the top of High 1-A.

As for Gu Chensha, he also transcends the expansion of Meta-Meta Quality infinite layers and is within the Supra Quality level as well. However, he might be even higher — potentially reaching High 1-A+, though that remains pending until a proper thread is made to argue for it.
For now, he is placed at High 1-A, Supra Quality.

Same is said for WoD too, Tellurian and Consensus are pure ontologies and logistics, beyond hierarchies. Its just that the Supernal exists that is High 1-A+ and its direct expressions that prevent them from being High 1-A+. But hopefully that Tiering can be changed/expanded upon in the future.
