Lephyr feels like it should be a final warning and they're the ones that brought it up. So I say trust their judgment here and issue a final warning regarding spam.So should we apply a very strict final warning or a 1 month ban?

It's not against the rules to possibly be wrong/ignorant, and in much of what you've listed he seems to be more than willing to discuss his opinions.
This reads to me far more like a petty disagreement over Ben 10 which has been blown out of proportion.
And in terms of the "repeated derailment" I mostly again just see obvious and pretty tame jokes, most of which happen only once or twice per thread, which is something tons of people do and I wouldn't consider disruptive on its own. I think almost anyone you could make look like they don't contribute by cherry-picking every joke they've ever made.

You are clearly not reading into the post correcrly. Misintepreting what's actually there to favor Dark_soul's scale. You also clearly skip through the other reports like SkibidiShady/Johnner.
With the addition that dark_soul admitted of wanting to nuke the entire verse, he shows multiple times shows to be ignorant against the verse and being cherry picking says otherwise. Please make a better defensive argument by tackling every single of the post points instead of skeeming through everything.
That is still a derailment which makes the CRT or versus thread inflated and he has done it multiple times.

So as to make it as official as possible: You are given a final warning for your frequent spam comments. Should you continue this behavior and ignore this warning, you will be issued a 1 month ban. It should also go without saying, any potential other rule violation (like linking to a sexually charged song) will also be met with the due severity. You are only given leniency now for the fact you weren't given proper staff instructions before (despite common sense and a single read from our site rules would tell you what you did is a direct violation to the rules). After this, you won't be given another chance.
That will be all. (I've also added it to the tracker)

- Dark_Soul having a thing he doesn't know (and to be clear, most of it seems like something reasonable one might not know)
- Dark_Soul reporting something which is often low in severity
- Dark_Soul participating in jokes that were started and perpetuated by other users in the same threads
...and that's situations where what Dark_Soul did was actually in the wrong (even if none of it would amount to a rule violation), like straight up a few of these are strictly not what is being reported (an example, something like this isn't shitposting, it is rebuking shitposting, or this, where Dark_Soul is criticized for 'blindly' disagreeing and not giving reasons, only for them to then immediately reply to something he mentioned as a reason for disagreeing) and have been misrepresented. You accuse Dark_Soul of cherry picking but most of this stuff is literally entirely above board, or stuff we'd barely offer a slap on the wrist for and that wasn't even started by Dark_Soul.
My conclusion is the same as it was before, which is that in some cases Dark_Soul needs to be more discerning- he shouldn't engage in provocative arguments even if they aren't started by him, he shouldn't be so quick to consider things a rule violation, etc etc. But none of that is really worth a warning at this point, I feel. Dark_Soul seems less malicious and more hyper/overstimulated.
All of that said, the report lacks any strong evidence to suggest action at this time.

Okay, I want to report @NousGalia and @Echitesu for believing that they are the same person. Here we can see that Nosgalia made the following comment and deleted it instantly, and shortly after, Echitesu made the same comment.
What may have happened here is that they thought they were posting it on Echitesu's account and made a mistake, but perhaps they didn't know that mods can see deleted messages. Furthermore, there is no way that a supporter who previously always agreed with the use of the aforementioned feat would suddenly say that, and then immediately afterwards that account would say the same thing.
I also made a post regarding Echitesu some time ago, feeling that they are just an Alt.
Another reason, which is not the main one here but which I cannot prove 100% either unless you read their comments, is that both are notorious ESLs when it comes to debating MG.

I feel like these 2 messages warrant at least a warning: "Don't cry", which I don't think he meant in a joking manner based on his overall attitude, and this message where he mocked Tsotso's intelligence
Its also clear that he didn't make the thread so it could get accepted, he is just here to win debates, evident in this message and this one
I'm fairly certain that if a staff member tags him here he's just gonna talk about how he doesn't care if he's being toxic or is reported because all that matters is that he showed everyone in this wiki why they're downplayers

He’s had the same general behavior in pretty much all of his threads/posts, so people have given up debating him, especially with such lackluster evidence.I agree about that it seems unfair to punish Boy.Line if several other members were continuously mocking him.

Honestly, I don't know what to say, if it was another reason I would tell you to just ban Echitesu's account permanently and ban NousGalia's for a few months or a year (I'm putting random time lapses since I don't know how much is normal for this kind of occasions).There are overlaps for their accounts, yes.
One of their accounts needs to be permanently banned, and we need to decide regarding the ban time for the other one.
But maybe it's bias on my part but I don't want to continue with a user who clearly created the account because they wanted to f7ck and troll arguing in bad faith every time they wanted, because their bias is clear since they created that account, if it were up to me I would simply ban both of them permanently for being a toxic user and using socks. Because if they had not been found out they would simply continue to pretend to play the good guy on one account while busting balls on the other, a textbook double-face.
But since it's not me then first choice of permanent for Echitesu and months to a year for NousGalia maybe.

I have the same sentiments as Dereck; though I can understand a trial ban of perhaps 2 or 3 months for main account? The alt account should be banned permanently for sure. As for Boy Line, I do not even know what to say; I agree he wasn't behaving well, but if a whole bunch of people were mocking, baiting him, then it would be hypocritical to give him a strict punishment and not do the same thing to some of those berating him.

To be honest, at most, an instruction should be left (possibly a soft, unofficial warning)
The issue is that he doesn't care if the thread is rejected or not, only cares about "winning the debate, and no one being able to prove it to be incorrect."
So the smart thing would be to close the thread.

As others and even Boy.liner himself has pointed out, the focus didn’t seem to be the upgrade itself, but just “winning” the argument. His smug tone, scattered insults, and dismissal of criticism as “pathetic” made good-faith discussion impossible.
The responses he got weren’t unprovoked negativity. They were reactions to his combative and condescending behavior.

I think that conversation sucks and that reacting to rudeness with rudeness inevitably is going to lead to negativity. Not a warning, but @BlackDarkness679 I'd advise against that sort of thing in the future.
As for the guy and his deleted message, @Delightfantabulous it is accurate that we have rules against derailing, which you did violate by entering a long-concluded thread and talking about which verses you consider Death Battle to be biased towards. You then violated our very fundamental rules regarding kindness; while I think BlackDarkness responded to negativity in equal measure, you upped the negativity each time. The deleted comment isn't much worse than what remains but it is bad. And it shouldn't have gotten that far. I'm giving you a formal warning, then, to try and behave better in the future.
Especially from a new user we aren't familiar with, if your first actions are to pick fights, it's a bad look. Play nice or don't play. Thanks.

Sorry about that. It wasn't my intention. I just commented harmlessly as I saw that the comment is opened. When the black user came at me in a passive aggressive manner, I asked him what he is on about. He chose to further be hostile, which is why I asked if he is the gatekeeper of the app. I hardly use this app, so these rules I am not aware of. He then further went down to add more derogatory comments, acting as if his word is bond when he knows nothing he is talking about. The other commenter joined in to attack me unprovoked. That's no way to treat people who haven't offended them. Thank you for applying emotional intelligence to this. An admin messaged me in private over it and I acknowledged my fault. Once more, sorry about that.

About Boy.Line, I think that a warning should be fine. From what I can see, it was a discussion between both parties, but it was provoked by Boy first, so that should be enough.
As for my report, I would permanently ban Echitesu's account, and if it were up to me, I would ban NousGalia as well, since Echitesu proved to be a troll and toxic, but that would be me and my bias. If we are reasonable, then as Medeus says, a 3-month ban would be appropriate.

Not just this profile;
This one got a High 1-A+ rating, which wasn't accepted anywhere.
The verse page itself added High 1-A+ and Tier 0, both which weren't accepted.
This is the CRT, for anyone who wants to see the original thread, and OP is the one who changed the things. I think it is a misunderstanding or something, but like, I haven't seen any mention of tier 0 in the original CRT, so I'm not really sure.
