SImpsons CRT: Give Mr. Burns His Hounds!

You know, one of Mr. Burns selection of catchphrases is "Release the hounds!", and there's a good reason for that. Whenever he is displeased with someone, he would have his hounds called on them. In cases where Mr. Burns is feeling generous, he would just have A hound released. He can do this at any time, provided it's a location he has ownership of from what I can tell. I believe this would null a good chunk of his matches since, quite frankly, a single real-life Doberman would be enough to take out the entire rogue gallery of characters Mr. Burns is pitted against, never mind Mr. Burns lineup of hounds which sent every Simpsons character they're pitted against running off. One exception would be the loss he had against Beelzebub since her Disease Manip would probably take its toll on his hounds even though Burns would still be standing.

While this would effect some of them, there are plenty where it wouldn't really do anything.

Ones that do get removed by default are Togame and Venus Flytrap, as both take place in his office and the dogs shouldn't have any real difficulty there.

Ones that are effected but questionable are Mosquito, Housefly, Bee, and The Penguin. The flying bugs are all for similar reasons, while the fight takes place in his office the odds of the dogs actually landing a hit on one of those is fairly comical with there even being a possibility they just hit Burns when trying to attack such a small target. Penguin meanwhile had a lot more circumstances in his fight such as prior knowledge and mapping of the plant, while the dogs definitely help stealth mastery + the fact it's not something a dog would normally be able to sniff out means it's possible it still wins regardless.

All of his other fights besides Beelzebub take place either in SBA or in specific areas where Burns doesn't have any ownership of, both cases where releasing the hounds wouldn't be options to use.

Actually, ignore all that, the fight specifically restricted the hounds anyway so it's not even effected by this
