1. Brit Upgrade
Right now Brit's durability is at Large Island level+ for withstanding the Omega Tech Jacket's plasma waves, yet Robot states that he can't kill Brit while attacking him with his Titanium Volcanic armor (This fact has even been noted on Brit's current profile) which has been accepted to be Small Planet level.
I propose we upgrade Brit's durability to "at least Small Planet level" since he can't be killed by Low 5-B technology.
This would also upscale a base Omnipotus as he was able to knock out Brit and and actually harm him (He also no sold blasts from Tech Jacket and called his weapons toys)
2. The Emperor Upgrade
This upgrade is dependent on Brit being upgraded to at least Low 5-B, but I doubt that would be rejected.
The Emperor is a fusion of Brit, Donald, and The Omega Tech Jacket. Regular Tech Jackets have been stated to increase the user's speed and strength nearly 100 fold, but The Omega Tech Jacket is a superweapon used by the Geldarians as a last resort, meaning the increase in strength and speed from fusing with it should be at least as much as a standard Tech Jacket, if not far higher.
This would upgrade The Emperor's durability to 56.7 Zettatons or Small Planet level+, or to baseline Planet level since the increase from the Omega Tech Jacket (and Donald) should be higher, and Brit's durability is already an unquantifiable amount above the 0.567 Zettaton value (The difference between 56.7 Zettatons and Planet level is less than 1.2x so it would qualify under this wiki's standards).
Since Brit's AP is only 8-C, this would not necessarily upgrade The Emperor's AP to this tier, though it wouldn't be inconsistent since The Emperor killed Battle Beast off screen, the Omega Jacket already has a planet destroying statement, a combined effort from all of earth's forces, including a Low 5-B Tech Jacket, struggled against the Omega Tech Jacket, and The Emperor one shot Tech Jacket, so this could constitute a likely higher rating or fully scaling to his durability.
