We need to figure out how the general populace views Nice and his abilities (because that is how the verse works for Heroes), see more of what he can do, and determine how he views himself (as that’s also a factor)
Rank #1 is the only one confirmed to be far stronger than anything The Boys can dish out, his statements by the general populace and his feats in the PMV… He literally ends Homelander in a snap

Judging by X's intro video, he's what the layman in that world would consider to be omnipotent. So probably somewhere between 5-B and High 3-A, with at least light speed. And, of course, hax out the wazoo.
Everyone else is much harder to judge with the info we have right now. Still, I won't feel calm until I am once again sure that every Superman clone beats Homelander. So Nice had better either get the feats himself or scale to feats that smacks Homelander around.

Not currently. From what little I do know, the safest bet is saying that he is what the average person in-universe would consider Omnipotent (as we know that is what his believers trust him to be).

At first, I thought X can only change selected people from 3D to 2D inferior state. But with the recent ep 2, it seems like X was watching everything changing every battles into 2D. Hax range would go to H3-A for sure.
Also from the inertia's lyrics, it's included that "Bending space and time". 4D? I am not sure, I might be just reading too much into it

Interested in seeing a Calc for Wreck’s environment changing? Looks like it could be a good baseline for anyone on Nice’s level or higher. Especially since Nice could contend with Wreck while also protecting Moon

Bump. God. They introduce the most broken hero by far that they’ve shown in the series, X shows up, beats her so quick and effortlessly she had no idea what happened. Just… WTF

Finally found a To Be Hero x-related thread. Love the show so far.
Fyi, I think we can use the previous TBH series for reference, too, since they're technically of the same franchise (idk if exact same universe).
I'm wondering if Queen's ability is some sort of Law Manipulation or something more specific. Also Cyan seems to have Luck and Probability Mani, I think, according to the director's interview.

Not that I know of. But as far as I can tell, they're thought-based (judging by when he, after the jump from the bridge to fight Dragon Boy reverted the world from 3D to 2D without snapping).
