Sorry for late reply, now about that Queen Profile

• Building level is 8-C not 8-A so you have to change that.
• She actually does not need Varies as her power doesn't have fluctuate that much (Meaning the jumping power isnt big.)
• " Tier: Varies 8-A, up to possibly Low 6-B, likely Low 7-B" - Why did you put lower rating after high rating? I mean It would be fine if it is of different key/power of boost/reduction but as of now that really sound wrong.
• Her Tier following her Key is better

8-C, possibly higher | 8-C, likely Low 6-B, higher via Ultimate Strike | 8-C, likely Low 6-B, higher via Ultimate Strike

• Her Final Key called Post 19th Tournament had certain problem since she before Ruin Incident actually become weaker (even if her ability seem to appear stronger) since she by that point is only Rank 9 thus having low trust value. So, That part would be better to split into 2 Keys instead be AC39 (Ruin Incident) | AC39-41 (Post-Ruin Incident)
• It seem, you have put more scans and correcting some of the abilities. Great. They appear fine for me now. Also, she should technically have Statistic Amplification since the Director stated that Queen only learn to strengthen herself using law during the end of their fight. Also Temperature Manipulation since she able to generate high intense laser from her spear.
• Her attack speed is actually Hypersonic arguable much faster. We could perhaps put likely MHS+ because of E-Soul but whether we want to treat that Eng Website to be official I guess need to be brought in the CRT.

We've seen E-Souls lightning go from cloud to ground before multiple times. So it should be MHS+

Being fair, in the E soul sandbox, I actually put him at MHS+ Attack Speed (Since as you said, he used cloud-to-ground lighting and he actually had accepted MHS calculation for his Lighting Slash). I just not sure whether it scale to other type of speed.

No? At least as far as I am concerned, og E soul only attack using lightning whip, the shards etc. only at the end that he use Lightning Slash.

Well, since the power system of TBHX is conceptual and passive in nature, We pretty much have no reason to believe a cloud to ground lightning slash from E-Soul wouldn't get dodged by a comparable or superior Trust Value.

Yuh, I am not saying OG E-Soul's og ultimate = OG E-Soul's Ultimate against New E-Soul in terms of potency or heck let's just say that the former is faster asw. I am saying that even then the entire point was that New E-Soul could attack during that moment and not dodge it also his Ultimate is considered to be a very powerful attacks by the older generations so I doubt many heroes are capable of dodging it.
Also he outran his hand speed not the very lightning itself.

Which container feat exactly? Are you talking about Container Freefall speed or Queen cutting/melting the container? If it the latter, I actually calculate it offline and I get value of around 9-A to 8-C. Granted, I only calculate only the presented one in the screen

Anyways that covers all the fields, the profile still needs some minor work (mostly making the Notable Attack section better) adding some replacement links for the Bilbilli YT video since that's region locked also some spacing, Bolding etc so yea tell me if I missed sth.

Also tell me when you plan on rolling out the CRT's and making the pages that way I will adjust my schedule and work on X.

Thought giving resistance to cold and temperature manipulation for key ‘Ac 34-36’ doesn't make sense considering she as far as I remember only show it in the fight with Boa so she should have it at least on AC 38. And using PV is a bit weird not about canonicity, rather the fact that we don’t really know when exactly it happen so if you want to use it. It is preferebly for the current era queen (AC41)

Umm Cold is from her PV iirc which is like before Boa fight ? Also it's not like she gained resistance mid fight to heat but ig I can shift the Heat to her later key

Well, I guess it kinda remove Class K for Big Johnny though we can just scale him to Vortex tornado attack which is also Class K that is not influence by Big Johnny Height.

Our slow mo calculation is kinda strict as of now. Also, i did intent to make calc based on that but the panels involving the crates are quite wonky as they move along side Bowa and Queen which cause trying to find proper distance that they move and the crates a nightmare.

My roughy calculation get me to at least 7-C and Class M and that only based on one stone that he is standing on. I might actually try to calculate the feat for real sometime later.
