As stated in the blog Chronoport is essentially a timeline covering each of the infinite realities,“'So how is this Low 1-C?”' let me explain:

We have explained the concept of reality, essentially each reality contains infinite realities and this shows the infinite timelines and alternate realities that can arise from the infinite possibilities of the infinite realities covered by the Multiverse, Chronoport is an overarching timeline outside of existing time that fully encompasses these past, present, future stretches forever here and here ekko chooses a different version of his past, the future where he is ‘happy with his family’.

In the same way, we know that the Chronoport exists on a higher plane than the existing spatial plane (considering that realities are 4-D) and Kayn cannot understand this, and what does Kayn experience here? Although Kayn is in a different timeline here, he sees ionia, which is a different timeline, and he can see it thanks to the ‘Chronoport’, a rift outside of time.

It is essentially a space outside of existing time, with a higher dimension of time that encompasses all possibilities and realities.

The Celestial Realm can be seen as having temporal transcendence only in its own universe, but it does not, and if you are wondering how we can understand this, there is actually more than one Celestial realm, but the Celestial Realm in the Odyssey universe is never said or emphasised to exist in this way

and the same In the same way, PulseFire, the guardians of Chronoport, state that the Celestial Realm and all of existence is within it, yes, it may seem insignificant, but it was said that the war between the Celestials and the Void affected the entire Multiverse, so the Celestial Realm must be transcendent from the entire Multiverse and Chronoport in the same way.


So what I want to emphasise here? I have already stated in the Blog that it emphasises this transcendence against all existence, and yes, this makes it superior to all existing existence.

Agree with the cosmos 2-A, neutral on Low 1-C Chronoport, agree with Celestial Realm Low 1-C since they are all of space and time and their content aswell as stated to be at least fifth dimensional

and yeah Chronoport seems to fall under Hypertimeline And Zileans goal somehow lines up with this idea as
He wants to go the future after all the alterations of each possibility he will interact with has happened.

as this is mostly about tiering i will not comment about possible speed for Zilean.

As for Celestial realm i haven't seen any direct confirmation but the fact that they are the ones that guides the Entire Tree of the multiverse and is stated to exist above I'll settle with agreeing for it + Zoe comments about Fundamental of space time applying only on 4D space implies a lot.

So put me up on agree

Idk if Chronoport is the totality it seems to only connect the regular 2-A multiverse and possibilities
Zilean on the other hand goes far more beyond this. which proves the existence of a hypertime. Now whether this hypertime is the same as chronoport or not
I do not know as nothing in the blog suggest it.

So i'd still agree with Celestial realm being 6D (1-C)
 
So, reading over it I don't see the Chronoport being Low 1-C. Per the FAQ

To get an Uncountable Infinity or an Aleph-1 numerical set of universes, you'd need to prove that the amount of universes is equivalent to a set of all Real or all Irrational Numbers.

To me, the Chronoport isn't giving you more than 2-A. The evidence provided doesn't suggest to me that there's more universes than a Rational Set of numbers.

The Celestial Realm I can see as being Low 1-C for being extra-dimensional and the mentioned fifth dimensional statement in the blog.

Infinite reality has infinite realities, how? If you ask, let me tell you, each reality has uncountable possibilities unique to each other and there is a reality where each possibility is experienced, this is not enough to make a reality 2-A, but let's consider that the cosmos has a 2-A structure, now let's look further, Zliean stated that there are realities with infinite possibilities for the existing Runeterra (It is on the blog), so the Runetterra universe or cannon must be 2-A, and if we consider all other realities as infinite realities, this means an uncountable infinity.

The issue here is that it's not a compounding set of numbers. It's separate alternative multiverses. You're not getting infinity^infinity which is needed for an uncountable infinite. The most you're showing is infinity x infinity which can be covered by a larger but still countably infinite number set. So to me this is just 2-A for the same reason an infinite number of infinite multiverses is 2-A.
