I'm of the opinion that Zaraki didn’t become massively stronger, just stronger, and considering there's not a single statement placing Yamamoto above Zaraki after he unlocked his Shikai and Bankai, scaling Yamamoto above him becomes entirely a matter of personal choice.
However, in CFYOW, we find a plethora of statements that place Zaraki well above him. Additionally, the narrative of the "Top 5 Threats" even ranks Zaraki highest in terms of combat strength. Given this, I see no reason to consider Zaraki weaker than Yamamoto. In fact, if we’re aiming for the most likely interpretation, Zaraki has more consistent proof supporting his placement above.
That said, if someone can present evidence that clearly scales Yamamoto above Zaraki after he unlocked his Shikai and Bankai, I’m open to revising my stance

That can be an argument. Considering she knew the extent of yamamoto's power being in the same plane of power.
But that also raises question about if she is stronger than yamamoto being the kenpachi

Naw Unohana is just not stronger than Yamamoto, we got more statements implying Yamamoto > Unohana through Aizen considering Yama more of a threat, Yama believing he's stronger than her, and the databook agreeing.

Typo on my part, it’s supposed to be PetaFoeJust checked the numbers, and I'm pretty sure Ayon's supposed to be 126.6 PetaFoe, not ExaFoe. If he was, he'd be around 7-100X stronger then Yamamoto, depending on which form lolAyon

I don't think there's that much difference between Yamamoto, Unohana, and Aizen. Unohana openly admitted inferiority to Kid Zaraki, who had already begun suppressing himself, and that was Zaraki wielding a nameless sword. It’s honestly absurd. I doubt either Yamamoto or Aizen were anywhere near that powerful as children using unnamed blades.
Then Zaraki grew into an adult, adding the power he had suppressed since childhood, and obtained a true Zanpakutō with a name on top of that. Personally, I agree with Narita, Zaraki is straight-up superior to Yamamoto.
Some might find it odd that Toshiro is also portrayed as being that strong, but I think it aligns with Kubo's plan, he has good chance to be future head of the Gotei 13. He was already fighting a Top 3 Espada as a kid. Compare that to other outstanding Shinigami like Shunsui, at Toshiro’s age, they probably wouldn’t have been able to take on even an Espada’s Fracción since Shunsui or Byakuya, at Toshiro age were still in academy, let alone fight one of the top Espada.

Toshiro's feat in tybw is better than zaraki. Zaraki has it. Just couldn’t utilize that power until cfyow. Hence he should be below yamamoto in tybw key.
My point is yamamoto has direct statement about his destruction capability.
Him being stronger than gremmy can be just a solid supportive evidence. And yeah we have seen dimension getting destroyed by thermal eruption.
So I just want yamamoto's case to be reevaluated separately.
I'm just not well versed in this kinda calc to specific how they are treated, like where would it scale or would flat out scale to 3A (destruction of a dimension big as soul society)

I personally think Yama is stronger considering he’s pretty much a walking cataclysmic event. I’m honestly shocked he is even allowed to use it. I can’t really visualize him losing to any of the other captains besides probably adult Toshiro assuming he isn’t just completely negged like before. But that’s just my personal opinion.

He can just end battle very quick.
And the interpretation may be if he uses it for too long it might get out of control and destroy everything.
He is best at controling reatsu. So may be that's why he is allowed. Like it won't threaten everybody immediately.
Anyway do you think this qualifies for straight 3A or it needs some calc?
Cause I dunno if I can touch this when SZ are sitting at 4A and god tiers at 3B.
