The fact that he was previously banned for similar offenses, as well as the warpath-like nature of these new offenses (however petty they are individually) makes me think it's deserving of fairly severe action. I'm not asking him to walk on eggshells or even be particularly careful, just to stop calling Digimon fans slurs.I am fine with a strict warning for Sean, but don't think that his behaviour is bad enough for a ban. He has to shape up or likely face a temporary ban, yes, but we cannot threaten with a permanent ban over something relatively trivial like this, and then expect him to constantly figuratively walk on eggshells all the time because he was banned previously for other types of offences.

In theory, this does look nasty. But we do have Offsite rules, none of the following are quite listed here. He may be a YouTube troll, and it's probably worth flagging YT posts like that. But it doesn't look like the type of thing to get banned from this platform. Besides that, here are some of the worst comments I've managed to find. I'll tell by the start that these ain't doxxing or stuff like that, as these are all made in public, mind you.
And youself have admitted in one of these that you've been spamming its comment section since 2019.
As I mentioned on a different thread, if someone mentioned the OTL translation for the Chloe's Time Stop mechanics, things would turn out differently. I later asked a different question that I do not think was answered yet.

Is Digimon more powerful in general? Probably.
Is it nearly as popular and entertaining for the public at large? No.
The quality of a fictional work does not depend on how powerful it is in powerscaling terms. If it did, then Lionel Suggs would be the greatest literary genius of our time.

I think you should discuss regarding this with @Firestorm808 on his wall or PM. RVT is regarding reports for rule violation and this sounds like misunderstanding at best.

How is that I get reported everytime I make a Gravity Falls cosmology CRT because of people not understanding what happened?
@DarkDragonMedeus and @GrathOfLux both agreed with the 1-A option (1 and 2), and @Reiner04 later on agreed with Grath, making it a 3-2 votes.

Plancks saying he agrees with 1-B does not necessarily means he disagrees with 1-A. Just saying. He can just be more confident with 1-B.
Also He explicitly said he's "leaning" towards 1-B.

It sounds more like 3 to 1 + a neutral. Though, normally, it's if the votes outnumber disagree by three; then it can be an approach. But it's case by case, it has more to do with the points of each side rather than the sheer numbers, and ranks of individual staff can take some consideration into account.
