For context the character is able to lift planets, off of a statement, where would this place them in terms of Attack Potency?

Edit: How could moving a merchant aircraft carrier convert to AP, without a given timeframe? For context a character was able to move a merchant aircraft carrier on a bicycle (also with no given timeframe, though is shown in a panel) without struggling

It's divided, but I have heard Kepekley a long time ago say they should upscale from the GBE similar to how the Gravitational Potential energy of lifting a large structure would be. But given he left a long time ago; not to mention he has often contradicted himself during the last few months in which he was an active staff member, he has behaved suspiciously before he just self demoted himself and left. I'm not entirely sure. Not to mention, DontTalkDT did revise out GPE standards where it is used for LS and durability for sure, but not quite attack potency unless they are able to balance decent levels of speed alongside lifting/moving large objects. Which same logic likely applies to lifting/moving entire planets, moons, or stars.

With no further elaboration we treat these feats as baseline 5-B

So the GBE of the feat in question should apply towards durability only?
Bill can already destroy several planets though?

Ye, but it all happened off-screen, so we cannot say if he did destroy multiple at once or one by one.

Plus another feat involved "making two planets crash to make them kiss", which I find fitting for here.

this is because the quote explicitly says he crashed 2 planets together. pretty fair to assume he destroyed at least ONE, hence 5-B.
if you're stated to just "bench press" a planet it doesn't imply any destruction.
this only applies when they're moved at FTL speeds.

to answer your question, i think if ALL you have to work off is a statement saying "they can bench a planet" with no further elaboration, i'd tier it AP-wise at like... whatever the change in GPE is of lifting a planet up by whatever distance a normal person would push a weight off their chest while doing a bench press, and then LS-wise just Class Z (assuming Earth mass, as we do for unknown planets)

Would it be fair to assume the distance is the persons' full arm? since it goes from chest to a full arm extension (or at least most of it?)

probably. (in practice it ends up being slightly less because your back is arched and your shoulders are retracted and whatnot but it's close enough for an approximation i think)

Mass of Earth is listed in the Class Y range actually; I know the names are a bit confusing but that's just how our LS stats are named. Class 1 to Class Y are all named after their high ends instead of their low ends.

you're correct, i mixed them up
5.972e24kg is Class Y, not Class Z (which ENDS at 1e24kg)
