I know having speed that transcends time is immeasurable, but what about moving in a space that transcends time, or does that give something else?

If the space itself transcends time, but the character is just moving through it, that doesn’t necessarily mean they have immeasurable speed. As its just the space is beyond time, not that the character is moving independently of time itself.

So there shouldn't be any speed rating for that said character.

it depends on how the character interacts with that space, Need context.

The characters simply traverse within it, literally nothing else. They enter the dimension and out via teleportation

Simply traversing within a space that transcends time is not immeasurable speed, as per our rules.

You need to show feats of being able to physically move through time with nothing but sheer speed, without any other time-travelling powers or shenanigans.
