Will make this short and simple. Was rewatching Avatar / Legend of Korra recently and this popped up in my head as a reminder. So, we have Korra's very infamous feat of bending Kuvira's Spirit Cannon beam:
The end result of doing so was Korra being able to create a new spirit portal between the physical and spiritual worlds, which are very obviously treated as separate dimensional worlds, and this new portal, like the original ones, connects both worlds. We also have what Korra says to Kuvira.
"No, we're okay. But we're in the Spirit World. All the energy from your weapon tore open a new portal, and blasted us in here."
Korra pretty much forcibly connected both worlds using the spirit energy of Kuvira's spirit cannon, which blasted them into the spirit world. Since Korra did this explicitly using Energybending (or, Spiritbending) to literally connect both worlds, she should get limited Space-Time Manipulation for essentially tearing through the space-time of both worlds to create a connection. Not to mention, the spirit energy itself tore through space-time and she was bending it.
EDIT: Maybe resistance, too? Both Korra and Kuvira were also at the very epicenter of the spirit energy explosion that created the new portal, both being sent to the spirit world and were completely unaffected.
