In this CRT I explained why the current Tiers come from an incorrect scaling. In short, we can't scale every character to Malphite. Malphite doesn't even fight other characters.
Freljord
Ashe can freeze the entire body of her opponents. According to this calc in the References for Common Feats section, this is feat 9-A. Tryndamere should be at least as strong as Ashe. He should be able to help her in battles. Tryndamere can fight yetis and Willump is a yeti so Nunu and Willump should also be upgraded. Gragas is also in Ashe's unit and fought them when he first joined. So if headbutting counts as AP, he can be rated as 9-A. If not, we can rank him as Unknown.
Braum is also in Ashe's unit so he can be scaled to 9-A. The LoR loading screen says Braum fell and split a mountain in two. I assume he did this with his shield. His shield could be 7-B. I don't think this is an exaggerated rating since Ornn made this shield.
Sejuani should be comparable to Ashe since she is in competition with her. Sejuani can freeze a person's entire body anyway. She can take the same calc and get 9-A anyway. Olaf is already a scale to Sejuani, as stated in her profile.
Since we saw Darius fighting Trundle in the newly released cinematic, we can also scale Darius and those scaled to him to 9-A. Of course, Trundle here is only 2 years old. But the hits with that stick must be superhuman. Even when Darius lost his armor, he does not die against Trundle. According to a card information in LoR, Darius is strong enough to fight giants. So Darius should be 9-A at best and 9-C at worst. Before I forget, even though Trundle was a 2 year old Troll, Darius was still in his youth. Neither of them fought in their current state.
Void
A calc made for the cinematic where Vel Koz destroys the forest. Void characters that should be comparable to Vel Koz: Kha Zix, Kog Maw, Cho Gath, Rek Sai. Kha 'Zix and Rengar scale. Gnar also rises because he scales with Rengar. These characters are 8-B
Maokai
Maokai's current calc comes from a costume splash art. So we're replacing it with a calc based on his non-costume appearance in the main story. Shion recalculated it. Just need a CGM to comment on the calculation. If it doesn't work, we can scale Maokai to 9-A due to his forest creation. Ivern is also comparable to Maokai as stated in the profile
