Hello everyone, Vs Battles Wiki has a lot of Spanish-speaking members and Latinos, so I thought it would be nice to have a thread for them.

Well, more specifically, a thread to talk about verses that originate from Spanish-speaking series.

Objectives
I feel that currently, verses from Spanish-speaking media aren't updated, active or well-catalogued, I made this thread to try to unite more people and make those verses more active.

I also want to make it easier to translate Spanish media to English. I can personally offer myself to do that since I am fluent in English and Spanish. Others can hop in too.

IMPORTANT: Speaking languages other than English is banned on this forum. So we can only speak English as discussed on Here. If you have issues speaking English, try using a language translator tool like Google Translate or DeepL.

Vs Battles Wiki staff mostly speak English, so it is understandable that they ban speaking other languages, because they can't moderate discussions in other languages and it might cause communication issues.

Should this go in Fun and games or is General discussion thread fine?

well i don't know about this
I think this thread can work. We previously had a similar thread but it got nuked once speaking other languages got banned.

I am trying to see if I can make a spiritual successor to that thread. The Brazilians have a very successful thread with a similar concept.

it was a joke but i know that Mexico likes Dragon Ball a lot

I should probably add Saint Seiya too lol

What Spanish speaking verses need more attention?
None, Agnaa is nuking them all.

From what I saw, it will only nuke verses that have an erroneous fan translation.

This might nuke El Chavo del ocho from the site, luckily we have the shitty english dub of the animated series so the less liked animated version stays but the cultural icon version gets nuked. Clown world rules.

It's kinda boring having this thread and not being allowed to speak Spanish, but since I speak Spanish I probably just follow it anyways.

Wait, really? Can't we just translate ourselves the dialogue from spanish to english?

No. All the work has to be translated, not the few scans you use according to him.
Aren't there several works on the wiki that aren't officially translated to English? Some light novels, chinese novels, manwhas, a couple of brazilian comics and such?

Having just a fan translation is not an issue unless is MTL or similairly bad quality. Agnaa here wants to delete verses that lack a complete translation, official or not.

Every day
Oof, what the frig. Why so much?

I kinda feel you there, we had over here a large scale blackout that lasted almost half a day and it's impressive how evident it became how overlydependent we are of electricity. Everything runs on it, even the kitchen and the water resources. (Though we did manage by boiling water on a pot in a grill, so we could at least have tea and toast).

Where I live the electricity goes out for up to 4 hours every day (Although, fortunately, there are some days when it does not go). This problem has existed for MANY years so I'm used to it, but it's still terrible

A year ago there was a blackout in my city that lasted like 3-4 whole days. Luckily our kitchen isn't electric, so cooking wasn't an issue, but water was limited. We had to be very careful how we used it.
