HE WHAT?!?!?!Deku was watching Dragon Ball Z the day before. Goku taught him to 'probe the opponent'
But... but the colors changedHe really wasn't getting all that stronger like the movie wants you to believe.
wrong*Its not, that isn't even the same statue even and there are other things wring with it
No, that's an aspect of her boosted Quirk. The only thing OFA did was wake him up from the dream.but can also see the who and how the dream manipulation is effecting. That's a new ability.
Didn't Yoichi literally show him other's dream and he even talks to Guilo and wakes him up ?No, that's an aspect of her boosted Quirk. The only thing OFA did was wake him up from the dream.
That's how her Quirk works. It connects everyone she's controlling.Didn't Yoichi literally show him other's dream and he even talks to Guilo and wakes him up ?
That statement means nothing. Also according to Guilo a quirk boosted by Out of Control Anna can destroy the world. And Anna does go out of control in the finale. So we pushing this agenda or not ?
And no way Goloni survived that.
ok. He does say the quirk of the boosted would evolve infinitely so it's singular, one person. Not to mention you need to touch her to get the boost so that last part makes no sense. That's how her Quirk works. It connects everyone she's controlling.
The vestiges just woke him up so he can see it.
That statement means nothing.
No timeframe and no method on how this destruction will happen. A 8-A character can destroy the world given enough time and they're fast enough.I also don't think Anna herself was destroying the world. Just that everyone in the world's Quirk would go berserker and destroy the world.
Strike through the sentence means it's not real and I'm making fun.ok. He does say the quirk of the boosted would evolve infinitely so it's singular, one person. Not to mention you need to touch her to get the boost so that last part makes no sense.
Oh I see.Strike through the sentence means it's not real and I'm making fun.
My god, this is annoying. I'm done here for now. Can't deal with people like you right now.
"That storm? Yeah it covered the sky of the entire earth"Final Page: "Oh also Deku Moon Level"
"The storm deku cleared covered the north pacific ocean and it vanished in a few hours"Final Page: "Oh also Deku Moon Level"
And that storm? Benjamin Franklin."That storm? Yeah it covered the sky of the entire earth"
Can't say for that yet. I have a lot planned out right now.Well with Dark Might scaling higher than casual Deku, Shoto and Bakugo, then getting even stronger, is it safe to bring up how lots of the stronger peeps with their attacks should upscale to baseline 6-A
I have an entire CRT planned to discuss this because I think people are going to split about this. It'll be the same thread to talk about Dark Might's profile as well.Better question is how does everyone think we should handle Deku in this film?
Ye, that's my main suggestion. I've always thought his final war key needed some extrapolation, like how I don't think he even uses 100% of OFA until he declares Shigaraki human and breaks the Mid-Gauntlets, setting off all those warning bells.I have an entire CRT planned to discuss this because I think people are going to split about this. It'll be the same thread to talk about Dark Might's profile as well.
Izuku's just using whatever percentage he's okay with that's not 100%. He doesn't want to wreck shop at 100% in fear of the repercussions (Would probably just splat Dark Might). It's likely just his new baseline percentage. I think 100% is kind of like 20% was in the Overhaul Arc, although it isn't that bad to him.
Izuku isn't getting another key, but we will add to his Final War Arc key as this is the same Izuku. The movie takes place at most 3 days before the Final War after all.
THE SUN NEVER SETS ON THE BRITISH TEA EMPIREAs I'm looking through the movie, I noticed the tea Giulio is seen drinking is an actual brand in reality.
Fortnum & Mason really survived through the Quirk Dark Ages. I just found this really funny.
It's funny how I'm certain Dark Might is the strongest of the movie villains, yet I agree their struggle against him wasn't the hardest. Many reasons why that I can think of. All three of them are fighting together against a villain they can handle. Wolfram was far too much for Izuku to take at 5%, so fighting him was going to be a challenge. All Might was struggling with his time limit and kept faltering at certain points. Izuku was giving it everything he had.As for scaling. I mean I don’t know if anyone else got this, but Deku and co had it mad easy. I mean Deku, Bakugo, and Shoto barely got hurt compared to all previous films and were folding this super powered Dark Might. I mean damn, Deku bullied this man hard. Dark Might is way weaker than Shigaraki. I mean no Quirk Shigaraki was embarassing the Bakugo that was hurting Dark Might a decent bit.
If he came to Japan a week later he would have the easiest win the history of anime.snip
I legitimately think they would have nuked him.If he came to Japan a week later he would have the easiest win the history of anime.
Yeah, I definitely got the impression Deku was holding back the entire filmIt's funny how I'm certain Dark Might is the strongest of the movie villains, yet I agree their struggle against him wasn't the hardest. Many reasons why that I can think of. All three of them are fighting together against a villain they can handle. Nine was super annoying even while restrained. It took everything they had to land a hit on him. When he went full power, he blew away 100% Izuku's attack. It took two OFA to overpower Nine's weather manipulation, and he still held on fighting both of them, who injured themselves with every attack they threw at him.
While Flect is far weaker, the stakes were far higher with his Trigger Bombs. The emotional attachment they build with Rody also hits as well. Shoto and Bakugo had to fight until they were knocked out. Bakugo was especially brutal because he'd been impaled multiple times.
Giulio is cool but he isn't developed like Rody. Anna is a literal plot device. She had zero interactions with Izuku or anyone else in the movie because she's mind controlled for most of it. Their backstory and relationship is fine, but we should've seen more of them in the present.
A side effect of this movie taking place at most 3 days before the Final War. Izuku and the others cannot be horribly injured like in the previous movies. They can't recover fast enough if Dark Might made them struggle like they did against Nine. And it doesn't help that we know Izuku is holding back the good stuff for Tomura.
Dark Might stood zero chance of succeeding. Obviously the hero always wins in the end, but even hypothetically he stood no chance. Which is probably why the stakes in this movie feel the smallest they've ever been. If Dark Might was about to cross the line and make the stakes higher, Izuku would stomp him into the ground.
Wolfram could've won, Nine could've won, and Flect could've won. Dark Might never would've won.
He never used 100% or Gearshift, so yeah he was holding back.So we are all in agreement that when watching the movie we knew Deku was holding back the entire time
He had Danger Sense when he first saw Dark Might. He also noticed Giulio didn't set it off when he pointed his gun at him.Deku also seemingly turned Danger Sense off for the whole movie for fun I guess
Honestly, I noticed that how he can use 100% like he did with Flect (only injuring his arms) yet he never did that against Shigaraki(?)He never used 100% or Gearshift, so yeah he was holding back.
He did use 100% against Tomura.Honestly, I noticed that how he can use 100% like he did with Flect (only injuring his arms) yet he never did that against Shigaraki(?)
