Depends.
In the Anime, SSR is just Goku Black’s normal SSJ. So presumably, it’s just like, 50x. This fits the scaling more too, when you consider Black tanked punches in Base and then went SSR, where he fought SSB Goku and Vegeta and had distinct advantage despite ultimately being their superior. An 8 million times jump just fits less there than a 50x one.
In the Manga, Black has both SSJ and SSR, where even though he has natural God Ki, he still has to consciously combine the energies as it’s a matter of biology and spirit being mixed, not solely one or the other. So he gets a SSB buff, which is directly supported by the fact Zamasu considers the form HIS SSB. Presumably, then, even having natural God Ki wouldn’t alter your form unless you consciously allowed it to do so.

Iirc, anime SSR is treated as an SSB level amp here too, due to the guidebook comparing the form to SSB, not sure tho.

I'm not going to lie: I always found it weird that the manga decided to make Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan Rose separate forms since, the way I see it, Super Saiyan Blue wouldn't exist for Goku Black since he's a god and naturally has God Ki instead of having both regular and God Ki.
So every time he transforms into Super Saiyan, it'd just innately be Super Saiyan Rose instead of a regular Super Saiyan because of that natural God Ki being there 24/7.

Someone explained it best, it's because he wasn't used to Goku's body. His natural god ki in base wasn't originally there, he had to adjust to Goku's body
