I saw that we have Thor speed on the wiki as MFTL to immeasurable speed. That makes no sense because we know most of his attacks are lightning-based so therefore his speed by default should also be lightning speed.

Yeah, in naruto chakra lightning is < Actual lightning, its why kirin exists.
Yodo is gonna fight ryu next chapter whos a god tier, she uses sound, which is slower then actual sound,
So sub-sonic makes sense for the verse
Plus pains 5 second timer makes the non god tiers around below average human level, which makes sense since naruto is malnuourished and stupid and chakra is both physical (hes malnuorished) and mental (hes stupid) energies
