Where would you calc this Stomp Feat?

So I am a little uncertain where I should start to calc this feat here where the Butcher from Diablo stomps hard that it looks like everything shown shook, I am trying to discern whether it is the environment itself that shook or if it was the POV camera that shook.

If it is the former, I guess you would use Earthquake Calculation right?

But if the latter, it would likely use a more complex method such as:
  1. Finding the Angular Velocity (or frequency) (1.934 Hertz) from the Angular displacement (2.785 degrees) of the visual, as well as how much time (.004 seconds) it took.
  2. Once you find that, you can go to the Vibration calculation to get the Acceleration applied (0.01 g = 0.0980665 m/s^2) as well as velocity.
  3. Then you can use the acceleration as well as the mass (21.74 lb) applied to get the Force (0.97 Newtons) to produce the that stomp.
  4. Then you can find the work (0.00097 Joules) with Force multiply by distance/displacement such as the distance of moving one’s eye pupil (.001 meters).
In short, the list above is for the feat if is not an Earthquake kind of feat and just shaking from a POV perspective.

EDIT:

I am trying to use the kinetic energy to find the kinetic energy of the shockwave based on the link below:
  1. First I used the method to find the velocity from the hertz (1.934) and distance (24.18 cm) above = .2418 * 1.934 * 3.14 * 2 = 2.94 m/s
  2. Now I used these calcs to find the mass of the air in the shockwave from the air pressure difference and the dome volume from shockwave thickness
  3. Then we get the mass from the density and volume which is 1034.15 kg.
  4. Then we get Kinetic energy of 4488.85 Joules (Street Level).

Thoughts?

Idk where the shockwave is, but generally its the following formula assuming 0.15 psi.

R^3*((27136*P+8649)^(1/2)/13568-93/13568)^2.

W is the yield in tons of TNT, R is the radius in meters, and P is the shockwave pressure in bars.

Thanks, I wasn’t sure if to use that method because it seems to be tied to fiery explosions.

for context the shockwave is suppose to be when the Butcher stomped when he appeared and caused the viewer/camera to shake, or with him roaring too.
