But since it belongs to DC, I feel like no one else has used it, because mainly there has been no reason for it to be a thing, if the verse does not want to bring it, it is not like time travel at all, i have not seen any verse bring hypertime, in a explicicity sense without someone wanting to force it in.

This has always been an inconsistency. After all, Goku could sense him back in the Buu Saga, could sense King Kai in the Cell Saga, and as we learn in Super, becoming Guardian gives you God Ki (as stated by Dende) and yet he could sense Kami. Clearly, it's just Toriyama not thinking too hard.

I see the episode where the hit was to kill Goku, the moment Goku turned SSB, Goten felt his Ki.
This shit was forgotten soon after it was implemented.
I've never seen this thing again about not being able to feel ki because he's been a god since the rebirth of f.
