I think it's kinda poetic that only Krillin, Gohan and Trunks have killed versions of Cell at some point as those three clearly had the most beef with him. For Goku and Vegeta the whole Cell Games were for the most part just that, a game, and Cell was the ultimate challenge.
When a major antagonist gets killed, i tend to prefer that they're finished by someone who had personal history with them. The only exception to this would be the Mecha Frieza Arc since i don't really mind that Trunks offed him instead of Goku.
I also like how both Gohan and his future self lost an arm while fighting an android....

I wonder, GT Goku destroying Sugoroku space would be a type of none-physical interaction?.....I say this becouse you know, the thing about Sugoroku being above the physical plane in a way of lacking Time-space, etc...being it conceptless....Goku destroying it would mean he has none-existant/void destroying capabilities

Sugoroku Space isn't lacking the concepts of space and time. What is, is the Overarching Subspace that holds it, the Room of Spirit and Time, the Instant Transmission Zone, etc. All of which have their own unique spatio-temporal properties unrelated to that Overarching Subspace. (RoSaT is just a normal space time in an earth sized dimension, accelerated, the IT Zone is a space that transcends time, which allows movements that take zero time/instantaneous travel.) Essentially, it doesn't apply. At least not in the way you're thinking.
That said, BABY might count. He warps the teleportation of the IT Zone, affecting the Overarching Subspace to warp dimensions and put Goku in Sugoroku Space to begin with.

He tanked and absorbed it, but according to Kibito Kai what achieved it was the "force of Baby's evil." Goku can only tank it and absorb it, but he can't dish out his own attack like it.

The only reason they'd do that is if they made one of the games using GT canon. Like xenoverse, and I just can't see it

But if we argue that Baby's energy was able to affect and warp the teleport of the IT zone and the subspace with his revenge death ball and Goku tanked and absorbed said energy then Goku has some type of hax resistance to it given the context. Goku didn't even recieve an scratch. Goku in his fight against Nouva Shenron stated it that a technique used on him once won't work twice, and this lines up with it tho

When you said scale I thought you mean scale to say Goku can do it too.
Goku does scale in the sense he can tank and absorb an attack like that, yeah.
But Goku can't use one of his own design because to do it requires the power of Evil.

Yeah, what I'm saying is that if we agree that said evil energy did have such level of NPI on conceptual level, then Goku should get some type of hax resistance to it.

No, not quite, unless they share resistances against an specific hax that works the same way each timeline of said verse, the example being Heroes and Xenoverse that share cosmology and multiverse

It occurs to me. Why are 17 and 18 only considered "Partial" for Cyborgization? They should be considered "Full," as Doctor Gero's works literally altered their entire body on the cellular level.

I'm assuming it's probably because the two are still mostly organic (albeit modified organics) whereas someone like Dr. Gero put his whole brain into an entirely artificial body.

GT Goten is hilarious not gonna lie. He literally fights a SSJ GT Goku/Meta Rildo level being (Teen Baby) and utterly swags on him in Base. Then he gets a SINGLE cut and decides to go SSJ and nuke a whole city because Baby "made him look bad" in front of the girl he was flirting with.

Full Cyborgization is replacing exposed everything except the brain, and Normal Cyborgization involves replacing the outer shell containing internal organs with cybernetic parts; "replaced only some parts of the body" covers 17 and 18's Perpetual Energy Reactors and the superhuman cellular enhancements.

So in this case, despite being fully remade, because they're organic-based "Cyborgs" they only qualify for Partial due to the very small mechanical parts that exist within their forms. Still strange, but neat.

Unironically, I DON'T know why.
Tarble has been referenced by Toriyama explicitly multiple times, (Battle of Gods, DBS: Broly, probably more), Toriyama wrote the story, and the only reason he didn't draw it outright HIMSELF is because it was "too much of a pain" for him to do for himself, so he had someone else do it for him. Toyotarou even references it explicitly for when he was writing the DBS Manga, stating Gas was "around their level, Pre-Fused," in his head in an interview. As far as I'm aware, all signs point to Yo! Son Goku (or at least a lot of its elements) being canon.

There is also an official manga for it which was overseen and supervised by Akira Toriyama. If I were to bet, the manga is the most canon of the two fitting in Super with maybe the special falling into Toei territory.
