Yeah. The English and raw are present, so using scans like that is fine. For the more important scans, some of the staff may want to verify translations, but for the rest, that's fine.

Deadass unfortunately we have a crap ton of people using MTL translated scans. But they shouldn't be used at all.

Profiles using MTL have been used as a ground for the deletion of profiles, some of the examples I can think of are the Rakudai profiles and the original Anos profile.

MTL are still susceptible to errors and same applies to human translation (Occasionally IIRC) . MTLs don’t always get the context right or completely change the text from what was supposed to actually mean so I am much more hesitant to even accept MTL until they are fact checked and are actually accurate to ensure it hits the mark.

MTLs are good at getting most literal meaning but yea can completely miss context.
