Okay, I probably should have mentioned before, but, yes, Ki is invisible; except, only when immaterial because, when Ki is harnessed, the energy is given physical form. The only invisible form of materialized Ki is Kiai-type techniques, which are low in energy concentration (pretend a translation is included).

I came across both a Reddit post and a Neoseeker forum attempting to look into its origin, and neither community was able to identify it. Not only that, but the text—specifically, the numbers,—is incorrect; large numbers like 200 million are written using specific symbols (for "million", 億 or oki) instead of with commas how Indo-European languages do.
Frieza while not weakened or injured was at 60 million when he was canonically using 50% final form against Kaioken Goku. So obviously his full power is 120,000,000 as stated by Toriyama. The Spirit Bomb injured him but it didn't lower his power level by any considerable margin.

Why don't angels have Low 1-C Time Rewind (and possibly Enviromental Destruction)? They can rewind time on a scale that even from the U7 they can affect other universes, seemingly implying that they're affecting the higher time axis that encompasses the 12 timelines. Additionally, it is said in the manga that repeated usage of said ability could end up damaging or destroying the time axis, don't remember exactly which
Edit: Both come from Zamasu saga. 1st one when Whis rewinded time after Gowasu's death; 2nd one when Bulma and Whis discuss about time travel and when the latter rewinded time in RoF

No they were in U10. They just “left” their U10 Supreme Kai World and went into Living World U10 so they can observe from far away with the Scepter. If they went to U7, they wouldn’t have been able to make it (it takes significantly longer than 30 minutes to make it from U7 to U10, and the rewind only does 3 Minutes at max.)
