So just curious if someone were able to touch Strange Matter/Strangelets (the dangerous kind) and be just fine would this be Resistance to Matter Manipulation or Transmutation or Absorption? Another question if someone could travel to another Universe and said Universe was one that experienced a Big Slurp, and they're just fine existing normally in said Universe, what could they get?

At what point did they enter that universe?

In the metastable state? In the vacuum decay? after that?

I'm not very familiar with the "Big Slurp" concept, but I feel like that will determine things

I feel like it could be sheer durability, I mean, high energy can also seperate molecular bonds, atomic bonds, etc but we don't treat that stuff as hax resistance do we? Like if someone tanks a universal attack, would they get resistance to anything?

Obviously strange matter is a bit different if anything slight matter manip resistance seems to fit

Well judging by wikipedia

So that's gotta be some form of matter manip resistance

However Wikipedia also says

They don't have to be literally either one. The resistance would encompass all of resisting matter manipulation, transmutation and absorption

Depends on the effects. I assume the big slurp means the universe would be different due to the effects of a changed higgs boson and the new universe it follows, which according to your scan is the reason for why matter exists and is effectively a 'god' particle. So space survival and resistance to law, matter and quantum manipulation would suffice since a new universe would be born with different laws.
