Oh, I highly doubt it's happening, I was just using a meme format to turn my coping into a joke.
We'll have to see what's coming since it is a trailer for the Bleach anime's 20th anniversary, but we don't know what they're planning.

Uryu seem to either struggle against the awakening of his powers, or can't handle them fully yet.
Both can make sense but i'm betting on the former, given that we have a shot of Jugram looking suspiciously at Uryu right as he awaken his powers.

The Ichibei part is pretty much a description of who he is and how he controls all thing black. Also explains his bankai and etc.

Based on the info card, Ichibe also named all events, and he can influence anything he named.

On a different note, I loved how they portrayed the Almighty, but man, did Ichibe's Masoleum really steal the show! They had him sing and dance and everything! Uryu vs Senjumaru was also pretty sick. Seeing Uryu use the Antithesis (without actually revealing it yet) to trap Senjumaru in her own Bankai, and then one-shot her was so cool after Senjumaru nearly killed him earlier by trapping him.
On a completely different note, I'm not used to watching Bleach in Japanese, so I was completely surprised that Uryu is voiced by the voice of Shirou Emiya. It was a bit surprising (and disorienting) as a huge Fate fan. That's not relevant, I just thought it was funny.

He is the de facto leader of the Royal Special Force Zero Division, tasked with protecting the Soul King. He holds the title of "True Name-Calling Monk." As a being overseeing the "true names" of all things, he has given names to every object and phenomena since the creation of the Soul Society, allowing him to influence and interfere with that which is named. His Zanpakuto, "Ichimonji," is a sword in the shape of a large brush that possesses the power to control all "black" in existence. Anything painted black with Ichimonji loses its name, rendering its abilities and properties nullified. Its release command is "Stain Black." The equivalent of a typical Zanpakuto's "Bankai" is "True Form: Shirafude Ichimonji," considered the "first evolved Zanpakuto." It engraves a "new name" in white ink onto the target, transforming it to take on that same property.
In the defense of the Soul King's Palace, he wrote the name of "black” onto Yhwach, transforming him into a mere insect-like being. (The text says black instead of black ant, im not sure why lol)

Btw from the new info, it seems Ichibei can "name" events itself. If that's the case then you could perhaps argue conceptual fate hax or smth like that which makes sense given he could steal hundred nights into the "future" soo he has some form of time manipulation which is why Yhwach upgraded his power to third pupil which seems to indicate that either Ichibei have blocked his ability to see and alter future as he already knows Yhwach can manipulate futures given the context that this time around we seen him teleporting and seeing futures or made an event where Yhwach was destined to be erased by his shrine technique
There is also this fact that Ichibei was "surprised" when Yhwach mimicked his sentence word by word which hints that Ichibei did "NOT" expected that to happen and he knows his power already. The third eye was there to forcefully null Ichibei stuff which seems to be a case layering.
So in the end, I think the conceptual powernull scaling chain goes like this soo far:
