Yes to this, specifically, but not through power null. Goku and co. are just physically strong enough to punch through. The power null of Dragon Ball characters is limited specifically to the nullification of other's energy (often in the form of nullifying a PROJECTILE). So say, Rasengan, yes. But abilities like Kamui? Not at all.

Eh, pretty sure their's has only shown the ability to do that to energy
