So anyways, as we know, nothing below can ever ascend to an outerversal state, at best they'd be low outerversal right?
However, what if (and this is a dumb what if), there was a guy from [insert dimensional value], but his ability is that his natural POTENTIAL POWER and EVOLUTION is equal to the totality of outerversal, he reaches outerversal not because of some arbitrary "breaking through limits" but because potential power/limit IS outerversal. Can he still be classified as Outerversal despite originating from a lower state of being, with just the fact his potential is outerversal, would the outerversal still be considered outerversal?
Let's extend this and say that sir outerversal can ascend through outerversal layers (qualitative layers) and reach Outerversal+ not because of brute force but because his potential is outerversal+?
Actually, let's extend that to how EVERY living thing on the lower echelons of power in a universe HAS "outerversal potential" (that's what I'll be calling it), is it still outerversal now that everyone can access it/have already ascended to it because their natural potential in terms of power and evolution ARE outerversal despite outerversal naturally being qualitatively superior to all possible dimensions and above?
