A Small Question Regarding Qualitative Superiority VS Upscaling

So, hypothetically, let's say that there is a tokusatsu series where the monsters grow after death or near-death in a similar manner as Power Rangers or Super Sentai.

However, a very small difference is that the monsters, in their giant-sized forms, are consistently and repeatedly said on numerous occasions to get "googolplex" or even "googolplexian" times stronger than their Earth-busting normal-sized forms, with the heroes being clearly defenseless against them until they summon their mechas to even the fight.

Now, in this case, would this level of upscaling be restricted by the size of the cosmology and qualitative superiority of the verse via the standards of this wiki, meaning that even if the statements are consistent and are repeatedly stated across the board, they still won't reach beyond a tier like Universe Level because they don't have a sufficient cosmology or qualitative superiority? Or would this verse be one of those unique cases where the characters would be allowed to be upscaled to this degree?

A non 1-A/qualitative being cannot be upscaled to a 1-A/qualitative level except if said non 1-A being's powers originate from a 1-A source or if they are empowered by or otherwise exposed to a 1-A energy or something similar.
