I think they SHOULD honestly.

The way we split up our 8-Cs and 9-Bs seems incredibly arbitrary. In most cases, it isn't consistent for them to be entire tiers apart from one another.

The current argument is that in most of DD and Punisher's stories, they're portrayed as peak human, a more realistic character in terms of strength when in comparison to his fellow street levels that are clearly supers, like Cap and Wolverine. So there is a difference.

Because that's just a placeholder from the MHS+ downgrade, there were a few more HS feats but they're still uncalculated. And yes, I find stupid everyone scaling from Elektra, she's clearly faster than most of other characters.

Now hold on hold on. Beating Taskmaster doesn't mean he’s physically stronger than he is. They’ve fought a couple of times in the comics, and I don't recall Deadpool ever being portrayed as having a physical advantage.

Carnage, Red Skull, Thanos, Apocalypse, Mystique, Mister Sinister, Dormammu, Mephisto, Nightmare, Shuma-Gorath, Sabretooth, Ultron, The Marquis of Death, Knull, Cthon, Set, Seth, Selene, and Dario Agger.

Umar, Doctor Doom, and Kang at their worst also seem to qualify.

Amazing Spider-man Vol 2 (by Straczynski only) and Amazing Spider-man Vol 3 are a good start, but truth be told... Just grab what you find nice and go with it. It's how I started.

Only in her godhead state. She can hurt Dominions, which seem to be even more powerful than Beyonders.

Of course, Al Ewing has done his best to amplify Storm to ridiculous degrees, and also made Thor considerably weaker than previously, so there might be a character bias there.

I wouldn't say counterparts, moreso that their durability, dimensionality, and other physical attributes are likely upscaled when they grow to reach Overspace, as we've seen in other characters who reach Overspace.

So we have High 1-A Thor, High 1-A Storm, and Iron Man might get a High 1-A armor forged in the White Hot Room.

... Suddenly Doctor Doom having High 1-A with his most extreme prep (making the bomb that killed the Beyonders and gaining the power to rewrite the multiverse with the 6 Wands of Watoomb) doesn't seem so crazy.

I think she also helped Thor fight the Elder God Toranos, and when she was in an uncontrollable rage her storm threatened to break Yggdrasil

Rage thing is true, she did help Thor but only due to Thor letting her us mjolnir

That was a case of Al Ewing powering down Thor, not a case of him powering up Storm. Thor suddenly had a hard time withstanding gravity only comparable to that of Jupiter, and then shrugged it off and was unaffected a few seconds later.

Late but, I'd also like to say that Deadpool beating Taskmaster isn't even that consistent. In fact, we've seen on more than one occasion that Tasky can pretty much skill stomp him.

Outfights a clone of Deadpool, with the latter needing to abuse their body control and regen to compete.

Checkmates Deadpool in a single page, pretty much.

Deadpool HAS won against Tasky, but in a frontal fight its usually in Tasky favor. Deadpool usually needs to trick or outsmart him to win.
