Well, Chad is like if Zoro was a Hispanic boxer with cool ghost arms and didn't get to fight nearly enough.
Uryu is like if Sasuke was a dark-haired nerdy boy who used a bow made out of his soul, had an older relative who beat him up to make him stronger, had a special power given to him by the son of the progenitor of the world's power system that allowed him to switch things, actively made things worse sometimes, and the reader could tell he really wanted to make out with Naruto. So in other words, he's the same as Sasuke.
