Ben 10 General Discussion Thread

Because he used map of infinity which is a complete map of space-time, extending through 17 dimensions. It allows the holder to travel anywhere in space-time.
I agree with you, but it doesn't look like he used it to teleport there, because he was in flight at the time of the meeting with Ben's team. I think it just improves his ability to penetrate such zones of space-time, but that doesn't mean he shouldn't have immeasurable speed because of it.

It does mean he shouldn't, tho.

This at best gives the map of infinity holders some form of advance dimensional travel, not immeasurable speed. It would have been a different thing if it was Aggregor's own ability.

He has this ability: he has already shown FTL+ flight. The Infinity Map has only upgraded it to a higher level.

On a different note, I think we need to make a profile for the Ultimatrix and Grandpa Max (Or Max Tennyson, whatever you wanna call him).
Definitely Max, honestly it’s surprising he doesn’t have a profile yet.

Other notable characters that I think deserve a profile are Sir Driscoll/Forever King (final villain of OS and plays a part in the current scaling for the verse) as well as Future Gwendolyn (Ben and Kevin have profiles so why not her?)

On the topic of Future Gwendolyn, if the Tier 4 upgrade goes through then should she have different keys for OS and OV or should she just have one key? Iirc she would scale to the Tier 4 characters in her OV appearance, so if her OS self also scaled then that would make every Future character Tier 4. I’d say she should just have different keys and keep most of the Future characters at High 5-A, as there’s chronologically a 16 year gap between her first appearance and her OV appearance so she’d have a long time to become stronger.

Oh also Psyphon should probably have a profile too, since he’s somewhat relevant to the series and much minor characters have gotten one.

When it comes to Psyphon’s Dwarf Star key, I remember reading on the Ben 10 wiki that the Dwarf Star apparently multiplied Exo-Skull’s power tenfold when he used it. Does anyone know where they say that? Honestly I didn’t even remember Exo-Skull used it before I read about it.

If it does just multiply the power tenfold then Psyphon with it might just have to be Low 5-B/5-B, although Psyphon does imply that the Dwarf Star’s power goes away with use so maybe Exo-Skull was just massively holding back when he used it. Maybe Psyphon would be “up to High 5-A with the Dwarf Star” then or something?

Don't you guys think you need to update Dagon's profile? There's something wrong with him
There’s lots of things wrong with him, he’s a power-hungry eldritch lovecraftian abomination that likes to conquer dimensions.

What specifically is wrong with him?

I love how whenever Cannobolt gets some sort of upgrade in canon or fanon, it's always getting spikes.

His resistance are missing. And he may have law manipulation and life manipulation because of his connection with the Ledgerdomain and lacks scans and descriptions.

Okay, if you take the jokes aside... Then I think that it is necessary to raise his level to the Universe, because according to the instructions he can control the entire universe and he absorbed all the mana from Legerdomain, which is equivalent to absorbing all the energy from the Universe, because mana in Ben 10 is the multidimensional energy of the Universe that extends through the higher dimensions.

Multiversal Dagon is incredibly based but when did he absorb all the mana from Legerdomain? Closest thing I remember him doing is taking the souls of every being in Legerdomain, but even then he gave them all back after Spellbinder refused to be brought back to life.

Together with the souls, he absorbed the power of all beings in this dimension. We know that this dimension contains the ENTIRE power of the universe. Just the fact remains. Yes, he returned them, but he was still able to absorb such an amount of energy

Just a question that popped in mind since I was reading charmcaster's profile.

Shouldn't Dagon upscale from Alpha ruin, without which the dimension will collapse? Just askin'

So you’re saying he has 2-B/2-A with absorption?

If so then I don’t think I agree (well I do agree with 2-B/2-A absorption but not for that reason). Charmcaster was stated to give Dagon 600,000 souls, but they don’t mention anything about him absorbing power directly from Legerdomain. Unless you’re arguing 2-B/2-A souls in which case then maybe I do agree with that (Not entirely sure on your reasoning, but I mainly agree with 2-B/2-A souls since Chromastone could absorb a blast from Dagon but couldn’t absorb the power of the souls of Legerdomain. Obviously though if Dagon isn’t 2-B/2-A then souls wouldn’t be either).

Maybe, since he believed himself to have infinite power and the power to conquer the universe even with knowledge of the Alpha Rune.

Awesome 👍🏻 can you tell me a bit more about how magic and mana works in Ben 10? I can't find scans because of how harsh copyrights have been since 2017. Maybe I can help you all to cook something. Like CM and stuff.

I’m not entirely well-versed on how magic and mana works to be completely honest, so you’ll need to ask someone else. However one thing I believe mana users can do is tap directly into their soul to power their attacks. It makes sense since mana is life energy, plus it explains the super inconsistent power level of magic users (Gwen goes from getting owned by random characters like Ssserpent, to giving Michael enough power to turn golden or being able to use borderline Dagon-level attacks) and also explains why energy beings like Anodites and Dagon are so powerful. It’s also supported by individual souls scaling to Dagon from Chromastone being killed by the energy pillar of souls.

Souls and magic in Ben 10 are quite superficial, huh?

Oh and also magic users draw their magic power from Legerdomain iirc, so that’s two power sources that can explain the inconsistencies of magic and mana users.

I suppose? Not entirely sure what you mean by this.
