I'm not even going to try arguing. Dark takes this. He's already proved himself to fare well against ranged fighters when he's at a disadvantage. One of Figure's biggest strengths is being able to absorb projectiles and use them to power up his own attacks, but Dark doesn't really use projectiles, so he's kind of screwed.
