I thought that cuz, like, they are produced asexually—effectively being clones of Cell—and the Daizenshuu 7 asserts that not only are they a derivative of the Namekian's ability to produce offspring but they also possess the same strength and speed, but then there are guidebooks like the Extreme Battle Collection that state that they possess the same strength and speed as Vegeta. Moreover, there's no way any of the Z-Fighters would scale to their full power, considering Cell, even while massively suppressed, was able to dominate Goku, who was believed to be immeasurable compared to them.

About @Sir_Marvulous , i warned him multiple time, honestly i don't want to report anyone, but if he keep it up i probably need to resort to extreme method, i'm fine if people just update tier because of the recent revision, but adding and removing thing that is completely out of the revision scope is a no for me, and he didn't discuss what he want to add with me or others who knowledgeable on Game verse, if i somewhat do not awake slight longer, we probably screwed because he added plot hax to Special Ki Manipulation and Time Power without a revision
