Manga - 6 2-C starting with Gogeta vs Broly
Hit and Whis time hax being 5D might be a tough sell. We'll have to see. I doubt they'll let us get Low 1-C Jiren from 'transcending' Hit's time hax either way. If we DID manage to get Low 1-C Jiren via that it would result in Low 1-C manga, since the Swirling Lights dimension would scale.

His hax doesn't function on Pendulum Rooms because it works outside of the universes (WoV, Neutral Space) so the only way it makes sense is if his hax manipulates the overarching timeline (e.g the Present Timeline). Timelines are accepted as Low 1-C.
So the only way any of this works is if Hit's hax is 5D, which would scale to Whis since he compares his own time hax to Hit's.

It would break established canon if dozens of characters were hyper timeline busters (scaling to or above IZ) plus DB supporters should already be well aware of what happens when you push your luck too far around here (OG era characters becoming 5-C only for it to be downgraded to not scale to their physicals, Beerus getting 5-D erasure for being able to threaten Arale only to lose it and Arale's plot hax being downgraded to 2-B, etc).
Agreed plus it's a sure fire way to attract spite matches and suspiciously timed downgrade CRTs.
