Speed is equalized and his reaction speed is equal to his combat speed which means he doesn't have any speed advantage. Strategic thinking? You mean something he doesn't have 99% of the time because of his weaknesses?

Not to mention that like I said Cartman is still way more experienced which kinda does a lot for him, especially since their stats are pretty close in terms of strength and durability

Being more experienced doesn't matter when you don't have the mindset to use that experience 99% of the time. Calvin has better stamina and abilities that Cartman has no counters to. I fail to see how he can use his "genius strategic thinking" in this fight when the opponent starts 5 meters away from him and will immediately attack the moment the fight begins.
