I think that's for the actual Egghead scaling.
Like stuff about CP0 scaling isn't allowed but adding abilities or scaling for outside stuff is allowed.
Hell I think KT made 2 threads based on 1063 and 1080.

Never understood why Lucci came back anyway.
-Came to Egghead to kill Vegapunk and his clones
-Sees Luffy and is told to not fight him
-Fights him and get stomped
-Wakes up and is saved by the guy who just stomped him
-Fails to damage the Seraphim in a 2v1
What do his fans see in him? He was better off as the guy who got extreme diffed by pre ts Luffy. Not the one who got neg-low diffed by casual post ts Luffy.

Doflamingo is brilliant with his fruti usage. He'd smarter than Lucci.

Kaidou was the WSC and no villain in Egghead hasn't existed in the time he had that title, plus the only villains we've seen fighting are CP0 and York, so yeah his crew probably solos ngl. At least, until Kizaru and Saturn arrive.
Also Levely had Aramaki and Issho, but honestly they'd probably lose to Kaidou and his crew.

I don’t think it’s strongly implied that’s the case at all. What’s strongly implied is that “you know who” erased that character

I'd replace Sanji with Sabo since he seemed to melt a guy's helmet in the latest chapter but I'm not sure if that's the helmet melting or the fire coming out of it
