The owl house discussion.

Also I liked it better the first time I watched it 7 years ago, now it's just kinda frustrated that they really couldn't come up with a better ending after all this time.

It seems that the result of Anne VS Luz (and Luz VS Akko) will become more interesting.
Honestly not much has changed. Up to this point she'd have just been given Eda's Palisman (I mean even her page on our site refrences her use of a Palisman despite her not getting one till last episode) only difference now it's her own Palisman that she'll be using.

So, that ending, huh? I enjoyed it a lot. I think it was a fairly satisfying ending and I just thought it was a nice way to wrap up the story. It also has a lot good vs stuff too. All of the profiles were already outdated to begin with considering that a lot of them haven't gotten a major update since Season 2A ended. So I'm probably going to start working on revising them. Here's all of the noteworthy stuff that found from the episode.

Collector & Titan Scaling
To start, The Collector's species is called Archivist (this should go in their classification) . The Archivist wiped out all of the baby titans because they were scared of the titan's power. This leads me to believe that the Boiling isles Titan (I'll make their profile) should scale to the Collector, considering the fact that the other Archivist were scared of baby Titans. Titans were also stated to be resistant to the effects of The Collector's magic, so that should grant King a resistance to all of The Collectors hax. I do not think that King should scale to the Collector because his powers aren't fully developed and we've seen characters like Flapack, and Hooty easily block King's magic without too much trouble.

Luz should get a new key for her Titan magic form. I think that Luz should scale to The Collector here, considering she's being directly powered by the Titan, and she easily blew a hole through Belos' hand while belos was possessing the Titan. his keyshould also likely get a major range upgrade considering how much ground her magic could cover. Belos should also get a 5-A key for him possessing The Titan(This should also grant Belos a good sized range upgrade.

Ability Stuff
King and Eda should get Rage Power due to the fact they gained a power boost after watching Luz die. King should also get Forcefield creation (he made a shield that blocked a blast from Monster Belos) and Light Manipulation (using his new magic he made a light glyph). Eda shld get Air Manipulation since she created a gust of wind to stop The Collector's blocks from falling on her.

Willow, Gus, Amity, and, Hunter should likely get the Fire, Light, Plant, and Ice manip because they used glyphs (These should be optional equipment). Amity should also get a limited resistance to Mind Manipulation since she was able to move her fingers as a puppet (the other puppets can't move without input from The Collector).

This isn't an ability but Camila stated that the 4 characters I just mentioned had went multiple days without rest. This is a good stamina feat.

Raine should get Forcefield creation since they made a shield to block the Titan's Heart. Plant Manipulation for making a leaf grow. They should get resistance to Transmutation and mind Manipulation for breaking out of The Collector's spell. They should also get a limited Possession resistance for being able to fight off the affects of Belos' control. Belos stated that they were annoyingly powerful which could be added to their AP justification.

Belos should get Power Nullification . When his goo started to affect the Collector, The Collector was struggling to use his powers. He should also get Fire Breath (Fire Manipulation and Breath Attack). Lastly, he should also get shape shifting since he managed to shapeshift back into Phillip before he died.

Luz(and every other character who's ever used a light glyph) should get limited Power Negation/Nullification, her light glyphs canceled out the effect of The Collector's powers. In her Titan Form, Luz should get Forcefield Creation (Created a shield), Flight, Sound Manipulation (used the same Titan Scream as King), Energy Manipulation, Plant Manipulation (Made grass grow with her spells), and a Corrosion Inducement Resistance (she could stand i the Boiling Rain without being harmed by it at all.

The Collector probably gets the most new stuff here. He gets Dream Manipulation, Ice Manipulation, Sealing, Size Manipulation, Transformation, Type 1 Sellf Sustenance and Thread Manipulation. He also has a feat of moving around the stars in his pocket dimension but I don't know if they're considered real stars or not.
I'll probably make a CRT for these a few weeks from now. We have a lot to add, especially considering we're missing a lot of stuff from Season 2B and the other two Season 3 specials.

Honestly, I'd say The Collector may end up getting a buff just due to that little sight gag at the end of the episode...

That is if we assume those are real stars, of course, but what reason do we have not to when we've seen him also move the sun with a swipe of his finger? Plus, I'd love to see someone try to calc the feat of moving stars at those speeds.

They didn't move the sun, they moved the moon. Also, the reason why I'm skeptical is because throughout FTF and WAD, Collecter has made star platforms and a giggling stars but none of them are anywhere close to the size of an actual star. I'm not super against the idea but I feel like we need more solid proof.

Oh, yeah, oops, my mistake.

We're gonna be hard-pressed to get some solid proof given that that was the last two minutes of the entire show, so we'll pretty much have to just rely on context clues- like whether it looked like the stars being manipulated had already been there or if they were only just created.

Luz and Belos shouldn't scale to Collect. Titan magic is stated to nullify Collectors power, even a Titan baby like King is completely immune to his powers so Luz and Belos who both got amped by Titan magic shouldn't scale.

Baby Titan's are not completely immune to Collector magic. Literally in the first scene of W&D we see King being affected by The Collector's dream magic. And not too long after, King (along with Luz and Eda) get sealed by The Collector. King was also directly affected by Collector's telekinesis (Ya know, the same telekinesis that did the 5-A feat in the first place) in King's Tide. Why would The Collector's be scared of a being that they could easily kill. They wouldn't even have to worry about the Titan Power Null because the Archivist have planetary range. They could just snipe the Titan's from the stars. The titan's would have to have somewhat comparable power to be considered a threat at all.

He literally says it:

I thought it was calced at Multi Continent level but I could be misremembering.
I might be miss remembering IDK.

He literally says it:

You are correct, he does say it. But we still have multiple feats that go against the statements. He’s likely just referring to the sealing and transmutation because a good amount of his other spells seem to work just fine.I’m pretty sure that if we have a statement and multiple feats that contradict that statement , then the feats take priority.

The whole crux of the reason why glyms work to free people was because titan magic nullifies Collectors powers, its an important part of the episode.

That doesn’t contradict what I said. The archivists have the range and power for the Titan’s power to be a non threat. The Archivists could one shot the Titans from outside of the Titan’s range. Why would I be scared of something if I could just go “boop” and easily kill them all from outer space? The Titans are not completely immune as shown by the multiple instances of King getting affected by The Collector’s power. The Titan’s would at least have to have comparable durability to stop them from getting one shotted instantly.

Hang on, about the whole scaling thing...

I thought the implication with the Titans was that they were the only ones more powerful than the Archivists and that was why they got rid of them. So wouldn't Luz in her Titan form be buffed to that level? I imagine that Luz must get at least some sort of power boost in that form, even if small, especially since she's able to take on Emperor Belos in his Titan form.

It was initially but with the statement from the collector and the effect that glyms have on collectors spells imply that it's more that Titans magic just nullify Archivist magic.

Just some notes

1. Belos is in his Titan form but he is yet to fully awaken. Nonetheless he can body control his newly acquired titan body to lift his colossal hand so that is one speed feat.
2. Belos can further body control the creeps to self defend his attachment to the heart of the titan body. (Type 4 body control)
3. Actually The Collector resorted to save the crowd but Luz still was deemed a better candidate in besting Belos than The Collector. So Luz scale from The Collector's feats now. So is Titan Belos (even at his weak spot).

When can I post the speed feat related to the last episode of TOH?

Question
Does anyone think that Titan Luz could have possible Weather Manipulation & Corrosion Inducement for possibly summoning the Boiling Rain to kill Phillip. The rain starts not too long after Phillip started talking to her and it ends once Phillip is killed. Luz also loses the powers right after the rain ends. It’s not outright stated but it seems awfully convenient that the rain comes in right when Luz needs it and then disappears once it’s killed the main enemy.

A "possibly" rating for it seems good

ah shit i didn't know there was an owl house discussion thread.

last episode went hard.

Do you think it's note worthy to list a new key for Belos as the titan? he never really fully assimilated as it, but i guess theres theoretically enough statements and the fact he's a literal island at that point to give him stuff for it.

Do we count belos’ stuff as a fight? Beyond that one bit in the beginning he largely didn’t do much but attempt to move as the entire titan

Yeah; really wished Belos would have cast more spells as the titan.
assuming he could, very likely Belos self-incapitated himself while assimilating the titan. he struggled moving his arm as the titan, doubt he had enough control to do goofy shit.

speaking of which, what do the full grown titan scale to? The Collector was sealed away by the titan, but beyond that we never get anything on his physical strength. i can see him being tier 7 via sheer size alone. just his arm went past the clouds while laying down in a body of water.

Assuming that the Collector scaling isn't accepted (I personally think it works but I don't think it's going to get accepted here), I'm pretty sure they would have to at least be 7-C since they're the power source for Luz's glyphs and Luz's glyphs are 7-C. They also had a feat from early on in the series that was calculated at High 6-A iirc but I don't think it's consistent enough to be used.

What are the statements for the collector scaling?

Personally 7-C is way too low for the titans. through sheer size they'd be so much higher than tier 7-C. I dont think theres anything against them being High 6-A is there?

The archivist(the species The Collector belongs to) were stated to fear The Titan's power. The counter argument is that the reason they feared the titans was because of the titan's abilities to nullify their powers and the titans resistance to their powers rather than the titans scaling directly. The reason I think the titans still somewhat scale is because King has not shown to be completely immune to The Collector's Powers (He's affected by The Collector's Telekinesis in King's Tide, and The Collector's Dream Manipulation in Watching & Dreaming). If the titans didn't somewhat scale to the archivist, then the archivist could have just killed all of them using their 5-A telekinesis and planetary range. They wouldn't have any reason to see them as a threat if they could easily just wipe them out by moving their fingers. But like I said, I doubt it'll get accepted so i'd say if were to give titans a tier, High 6-A works for now.

The Collector's powers still work around Titan Belos, and could theoretically use his powers against him (although, nothing would come of it, as he's immune to it) they only stopped working due to the fact Belos was petrifying Collector. That scaling can work, and lines up with the fact that the archivists got rid of a shit ton of titans, meaning their powers still function against them to a degree.

But they literally did, King is the last titan because the Archivist "made them all disapear" as in they killed them all.
