Top 5 Weakest Characters for Every Tier (Again)

They agreed off the bat to destroy paradox and EE is infact their standard way implied and infact suits them.
Well, Paradox was breaking the deal with them so I don't If they are going to EE someone which they never see.
No, I am fine with it as I am the one saying everywhere that AX is fodder when it comes to haxes regardless the Tier you put him in, having EE I don't think will change much but I was only replying to the things I found wrong. I am fine with him being on No. 1 unless some other character weaker than him shows up.
A have a question. Is Alien X EE 6-D in potency?

??

Well, Paradox broke their agreement not to approach them, so I don't know if they're going to EE someone they never see
Paradox breaking laws or whatnot simply stands for them wanting to destroy him, it has been implied second time by Kevin as well that CPs will blink them off (they have never seen the trio as well), so we know what's there is to approach best.

6-D character with almost no resistance, his strongest hax out of character and with 3-D body
Strongest High 1-B character with every ability in the verse, extremely potent in-character mindhax, a pocket dimension somewhere random in the multiverse which is extremely hard to find and makes his 3D body obsolete, acausality type 5 and extremely potent fatehax.

Oh right, VSBW

Time Vulture for 10-C. Its in-character strategy is to just wait for the opponent to die on its own... it kinda even downgrades its own reaction speed.

But to get serious, I’m actually gonna suggest a 9-C candidate for a page I made

Leapfrog

I was admittedly surprised when making his page that he really is just the least impressive 9-C character I’ve probably ever come across. While his agility is alright, he lacks common sense in his decisions, any sort of adequate fighting style, and the only real unique part of his arsenal backfired against him because he used jet fuel for his boosters instead of an appropriate fuel source

Epona
Is a horse... that is all

I removed the Cultist, because they are 9-B just via weapon

Done, Doom guy is the 1º spot now
Are you sure this guy is not the weakest by any chance?

At least Relativistic, possibly Immeasurable. Soul Manipulation (Managed to hit a legion of ghosts, can send souls to the afterlife, can undo Astral Projection)

Ehh... No

I considered nominating some of the Paper Mario characters (At least 2 have below average intelligence, very few useful abilities, & almost all of them have very low range, which are particularly underwhelming considering their tier.) but some of the abilities they have are very good, so I'm unsure they'd actually qualify.

Anyone want me to present the reasoning or say something regarding that?

What are the characteres? Low range probably is a good choice to first spot

Marilyn & Bonetail.

First off, context about Bonetail:

Grifty's dialogue:
"The demon built a dungeon near its palace and filled it with terrifying monsters… All those who fell into disfavor were thrown into this dungeon to rot… Yea, and the demon also had three dragon pets: Hooktail, Gloomtail, and Bonetail. These dragons flew across the land, spreading fear and sorrow over all. Even now, the mere mention of a dragon is enough to give some the terrors…"
The demon in this case, is The Shadow Queen, the final boss of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.

The log about Bonetail:
"The oldest brother of Hooktail. He's just bones now. He's incredibly tough... Maybe even the toughest?"
Goombella (Who often cites a book.) about Bonetail:
"That's Bonetail. He's the oldest brother of Hooktail. …So old he's just bones, in fact. Wow. Now THAT'S old. His body's Max HP is 200, his Attack is 8, and his Defense is 2. He has various breaths that might confuse us or put us to sleep. When his HP gets low, he'll recover…or reanimate, as the case may be. He's probably stronger than the last boss, seriously! Let's do this right!"

Statistics & being postgame say it should be stronger, but Bonetail & its 2 siblings being described as The Shadow Queen's pets when they were alive makes me question us rating it as stronger than her. Was it just strong, yet dumb, considering Hooktail & Gloomtail were sapient/sentient? Did skeletonizing/turning undead make it stronger? It's weird, IMHO.

Anyway, Marilyn is 1 of the 3 Shadow Sirens, Beldam & Vivian being the other 2.

Considering that all 3 Shadow Sirens willingly served the Shadow Queen, it's safe to say all of them scale below her, Vivian maybe excepted, since Vivian betrays The Shadow Sirens & can fight alongside Mario against The Shadow Queen, as well as against Bonetail.

Mind, most of the other Paper Mario characters on our Wiki have reasons against them being the "weakest".

Jr. Troopa arguably qualifies for Accelerated Development or something (He has Preparation.) considering how quickly he gained new abilities & forms.
Vivian ends up being 1 of Mario's partners, & can fight alongside him to beat the Shadow Queen.
Vivian, as mentioned, can fights alongside Mario, against The Shadow Queen & Bonetail.
Beldam is cunning & versatile with magic.
Lord Crump, although incompetent is somewhat cunning, survives multiple encounters with Mario, & had the tech skills to build & rebuild a mech, as well as command an army of X-Nauts.
Rawk Hawk is The Glitz Pit Champion, & has some ingenuity, like with the poisoned cake & his ceiling item dropping attack.
Doopliss was able to fight Mario in The Palace of Shadow, & has some decent hax.

Marilyn is arguably below average in intelligence (Though I'd argue there's evidence to the contrary.), & has the range issues, but being able to call down lightning, having brute strength, self-charging abilities, & the Shadow Siren stuff gives her some good options.

Bonetail however, is Below Average in Intelligence, only a few meters in range, is a huge target, might not even be able to fly anymore due to skeletonization, only uses its healing twice (Based on HP remaining, & said heal is for 20 HP out of 200; Very ineffectual.), & all of its hax is in its 4 kinds of breath attacks, which, besides being uncertain if Bonetail knows how to use them effectively, require being a few meters from Bonetail's face for it to hit someone with.
At least it scales to The Shadow Queen, though, right?

If we were to consider Chapter Scaling, though, it's Prologue Jr. Troopa or Prologue Crump, hands down:
Prologue Jr. Troopa:
1. Described by Goombario's grandfather, Goompa, as a bully, more bark than bite, & the boss of a "neighbourhood gang"... said gang is actually never seen, nor even mentioned again. (???) (Also, might scale to pre-Mario Goombario?).
2. When his HP hits 1 (Out of 5 total.), he calls using his "full power" a special attack. This does 2 damage instead of 1.
3. Has no other abilities at this point; You have to actively select Do Nothing in the Tactics Menu for several turns for Mario to lose to him in this battle.

Jr. Troopa is from the 1st Paper Mario, PM64, so if we're assuming Mario is stronger in TTYD after the events of PM64, then Crump, as a TTYD character is supposedly stronger by that scaling.

Prologue Crump meanwhile, just has a basic leaping tackle attack, & in gameplay terms the same 5 HP, 1 ATK as Jr. Troopa without the power up.
But at least Prologue Crump can still sick an army of X-Nauts on someone, & does actually try that, even though he & his X-Nauts are kinda incompetent.

Pardon all the words, please.

Fair. Although, in retrospect, Marilyn might be worth removing; Possibly smarter based on cutscenes, has Intangibility, & her lightning strikes where the foe is, so it's arguably better range.
Bonetail should be fine to keep, & Prologue Jr. Troopa or Prologue Crump might be good candidates.

As mentioned:
Prologue Jr. Troopa is a bully described as more bark than bite who literally doesn't even know how to hide in his shell until next chapter, & who's only power is hitting with double strength when he's 1 hit away from destruction. (& even then, Mario has to continuously do nothing for Prologue Jr. Troopa to win.) He MIGHT scale to pre-Mario Goombario?

Prologue Crump is incompetent, as weak as Jr. Troopa is in in-game stats, but without the self buff. Prologue Crump's only favorable stat scaling is on the assumptions TTYD scales above PM64 for taking place after it & him being a "boss" in it. Crump can at least call on an army of even more incompetent X-Nauts to attack his foes, though. (& the 1 time he did this, they all attacked Crump/each other/nothing in a big pile while Mario & Goombella got away unscathed.)

However, both of them get much stronger after Prologue & can scale to late-game Mario, so you'd have to add them with the caveat it's them as they are in Prologue, I think.

Sorry for any bother.
